Ordered catalog October 6th and yesterday I get a card with a holiday sale but no catalog

Went from 4 stars to 5. Great service and this place has whatever I need for my 72 Nova. Wait times a bit long but no big deal.

Horrible customer service! I called in to order ONE master cylinder and it literally took 45 minutes only to find out at the end that the computer crashed and the part was no longer in stock. SO annoying how they keep asking for every single bit of information about your car!!!! Why does it matter what transmission I have if I'm trying to buy a brake part??? I've been in the classic car business for 30 years and Classic Industries is my LAST CHOICE for getting parts.

I recently had problems getting a catalog from this company and posted a poor review. They contacted me the very next day to apologize and get the information sent to me. My confidence is back. Thank You!

Dropped by for their 5th annual Mustang Roundup. Pretty good showing of cars. Hoping to go again next year. If you have a Mustang, be sure to pick up one of their catalogs. They have parts for all Mustang generations.

I have used this place for decades. Good quality parts, in stock and reasonable prices!

Order parts and they send you the wrong ones, don't waste your time with these people who don't know what they're doing.

Nice place, most of the folks were nice, except one guy was a butt. That would be the deciding factor to order online, or from some where else. As I write this, several other company names come to mind, order online or local pick up.
The 3 stars reflect the other staff members as well as the showroom.

The wait was long, and there were no chairs to sit on. Customer support was brief, but adequate. The showroom Items are random, but interesting.

Hi, I am both an automotive writer and an enthusiast and I just had a terrible experience with the customer service at Classic Industries. The person whom I was speaking with on the phone acted like I was wasting his time while ordering parts and when I asked him why I had to keep repeating myself he simply hung the phone up on me. I then got the same with other members of their staff... Terrible!!!! Good luck all...

They have Damn near every part you may need for your classic car depending on make and model but they are doing their best.

I've been working on a 67 mustang I6- v8 302 swap and California mustang has almost everything i need to do the conversion (besides a custom t5 swap and 9"rear end with posi. diff.) and with the help of Rich (sales man) telling me what i need for the conversion and bouncing ideas off of each other, its been a great experience, i will always come back if there's anything i need for my car, plus they have a all mustang car show ounce a year witch is just a added bonus

Been going to Classic Industries for over 5 years to find parts to rebuild my Nova and I've only had 5 star experience. I've been pleased with their products and services. Great selection and great service.

Never again. this is being dropped to a one star because they sent me the wrong part not just because of that but when I said I wanted a refund it was no problem then only to find out they started to send another one back so we had to call again and get that shiiping stopped at the time the lady we spoke to said the refund will be back in our bank in 2 day,we call again yesterday because days have went by only to find out it wasn't even process yet now the guy yesterday said it will be 3 or 4 more days for it to be back in our account and it best be soon.

Reverse Racism behind the scenes of this so-called great service business. The administration allows for bullying and harassment among the staff. If you are white the staff will allow for you to be degraded due to past history of racism and oppression which has nothing to do with job performance. It doesn't matter how long you are at a job if you are being harassed because of the way you look or because of your age it is wrong. It is never okay to follow in the personal space of another and sabotage work and then lie about it later to cover yourself or to protect someone who is intentionally trying to cause harm and discontent. I will never shop here and I was referring many people to this business but I will refer people else where. I speak for the man who gets slaved for barely anything and treated like garbage and devalued. This is wrong what they are doing here at this business.

Fast, Huge selection of Items, Knowledgeable about cars and reasonable.

Almost 1 hr to pick up one window seal. Even when I had it on will call. What's the point of will call if I have to wait over 15 minutes after been called to get it. The whole idea is that it's already pulled and it's near to pick up so I can walk out faster.

Awesome service!!!!! I have been buying parts from California Mustang since 2009, and I have never had any problems. I go to this store several times per month. Occasionally when restoring a mustang, we are always under the impression that a part should be in stock. We must remember we're not the only one restoring a mustang ,and that California Mustang ships parts all around the world. Thank you for your awesome service.

Nice to be able to walk in and then walk out with parts in hand. Wish they were a little closer but can t complain because it just lets me drive my 70 Challenger a little more.

Very nice people answering the phones, but their ability to actually handle problems stinks.

My husband has spend several thousand dollars at this place (via internet) and was planning on spending several thousand more to complete an 83 Chevy truck he is restoring. Four separate parts have not worked, despite being labeled as for the year truck he has. One part (which cost over $1000) we were told may need modified to fit. If you attempt to modify an item and it still doesn't work, it cant be returned!

When I called to say I wanted to return the item, they said we would have to pay shipping. I was able to get a CSR to tell me yesterday that they would pay return shipping since we have been having trouble with several items. After 24 hours the label wasnt in my email, so i called to check on it only to be told that there was no record of them agreeing to pay return shipping.

Again i told the whole story to another CSR who got a manager to agree that they would pay the return shipping, and the label would be in my email within an hour. After an hour and a half i was told they never said it would be an hour, and they are busy. The employees obviously do not communicate among themselves, and its very hard to get the same person on the phone twice.

GOOD LUCK getting a problem resolved if you have one, and good luck getting a part to fit as described.

Chevy Heaven,great staff, but they need more help for pulling orders you spend way too much time there just to pick up a couple of parts.

I have been fairly happy with the quality of the products from Classic Industries and the OER brand. There are a couple things I think would like to see them change. First is the discounts they offer, just offer a straight up, spend $100 get 10%, spend $200 get 20%, etc. Second, I found it odd that not many of the products have reviews considering the amount of business they do. So I left a review of a product that didnt fit exactly as it should, it was an honest review which was approved and posted on the site for about a week, then they removed after contacting me and I told their customer service that I had to modify the part to make it fit for my specific year. I guess they didnt like my honest review, this just seems strange to me. Other than that, I have been happy with their products and service and I will purchase more items... once I need enough stuff to make that weekly promotion dollar amount.

My wife and I were in the area on a Satursay doing other business, so we decided to drop in to have a look around. They were extremely busy. This place was 95% Chevy and 5% Dodge. I didn't see anything "Mustang" about it.

They're great but go on off days and it will save you literal hours

Bought a nice set of ACC floor mats that are supposed to fit my 57 Chevy but they cover the dimmer switch so I call and ask if I could to return them for a different style, I was told that they would email be a number to use for a return, after a (5) phone calls and being told the same thing every time I gave up. I haven't bought anything since.

Thanks to Nicki at Classic Industries I have my issues taken care of.
Looking forward to getting some more parts.

Ordered over $1500 dollars worth of stuff from this place said everything was in stock even took my money a week goes by i hear nothing no shipping info nothing to find out they say all my stuff is out of stock really all of it still waiting on e-mail response after this think i will be going elsewhere from now on.

Where do I start! The staff is always very helpful for one, the service is always great they will answer your questions to the best of their knowledge and there's always a nice classic sitting in the showroom for you to drool over ...... just carry a micro fiber cloth so you can clean it off

I live in the Orange County area and thought I check them out in for a couple items I needed for a 57 Chevy I've been working on. Usually go elsewhere to purchase my parts, and heard they sold Tri-Five. Was surprised to see how many people were there and had to take a number. I waited about 10 minutes until my number was called, the showroom guy was very polite and took time to explain a few things about the door handles and moldings I needed. Was able to see the parts ahead of time to check the quality and found them to be acceptable. I found the experience to be pleasant and informative. Not going there on Saturdays though, seems to be very busy and took a while to get the parts. Other than that, was happy with the overall experience.

Great place to shop classic Chevy parts. Service and employees friendly and helpful.

My favorite place when buying parts for my classic cars, even got a huge discount, staff was sharp and friendly, they even called me in advance to check up on my order i was picking up, didnt take long to find all the exstra small parts i needed.

Need a ticket to be called then wait 30-45 minuets to be called. then take order if there parts in stock then wait again 30 plus minuets to pick up parts. Most of time waiting is counter people talking about nothing. 2 plus hours to get parts

I was planning to purchase parts from this place but once I saw their reviews I change my mind about doing bs with them horrible experiences with other customers

Placed an order early afternoon on a Wednesday, I called Monday morning because items in stock still had not shown as shipped, arrogant customer service rep said it had shipped days ago but had no proof. He also said besides website said 3-10 days for arrival, I said really, and 5 of that is just leaving the facility? Mind you they took payment for the items right away . He said we are very busy and ship 500 orders a day, I said Amazon ships millions a day, maybe Classic is just understaffed or inefficient. We are on day 6 and I finally received UPS conformation that they picked up items at 7:30pm Monday from Classic, now I have to wait for the items to go from the west to east coast, probably faster than Classic got them from the shelf to the shipping dock, Sad. They have a huge selection, but so do dozens of other places, won't make this mistake again that's for sure.

Nice place for those of us who have a passion for classic iron, it is very helpful to get in one place the necessary parts to restore my impala car for more than half a century. Regarding the attention received it was very cordial, efficient and fast

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Customer service, our hood was stamped incorrectly,and had a twist in the front! I talked to 5 different customer service people and while friendly, completely useless, i caught them in lies, and still no headway

I called in the day before gave a list of what I wanted they said they had everything on list so I told them I would be there the next day yo pick parts up. I GOT there soon as they opended got called up to counter placed order again and had to wait two and a half hours to get my parts. Havent been back. I'd been there every sat for two years buying parts for my car.

Great place to deal with online, not bad on site but it is a busy place with there sole focus being online world wide distribution which I can understand. Ill happily deal with the company online anywhere in the World!

I travel 45 minutes to this place this morning and their computer system is down they can help anyone today December 20th
