Horrible customer service! I called in to order ON...

Horrible customer service! I called in to order ONE master cylinder and it literally took 45 minutes only to find out at the end that the computer crashed and the part was no longer in stock. SO annoying how they keep asking for every single bit of information about your car!!!! Why does it matter what transmission I have if I'm trying to buy a brake part??? I've been in the classic car business for 30 years and Classic Industries is my LAST CHOICE for getting parts.
