Very nice people answering the phones, but their ability to actually handle problems stinks.

My husband has spend several thousand dollars at this place (via internet) and was planning on spending several thousand more to complete an 83 Chevy truck he is restoring. Four separate parts have not worked, despite being labeled as for the year truck he has. One part (which cost over $1000) we were told may need modified to fit. If you attempt to modify an item and it still doesn't work, it cant be returned!

When I called to say I wanted to return the item, they said we would have to pay shipping. I was able to get a CSR to tell me yesterday that they would pay return shipping since we have been having trouble with several items. After 24 hours the label wasnt in my email, so i called to check on it only to be told that there was no record of them agreeing to pay return shipping.

Again i told the whole story to another CSR who got a manager to agree that they would pay the return shipping, and the label would be in my email within an hour. After an hour and a half i was told they never said it would be an hour, and they are busy. The employees obviously do not communicate among themselves, and its very hard to get the same person on the phone twice.

GOOD LUCK getting a problem resolved if you have one, and good luck getting a part to fit as described.
