Placed an order early afternoon on a Wednesday, I called Monday morning because items in stock still had not shown as shipped, arrogant customer service rep said it had shipped days ago but had no proof. He also said besides website said 3-10 days for arrival, I said really, and 5 of that is just leaving the facility? Mind you they took payment for the items right away . He said we are very busy and ship 500 orders a day, I said Amazon ships millions a day, maybe Classic is just understaffed or inefficient. We are on day 6 and I finally received UPS conformation that they picked up items at 7:30pm Monday from Classic, now I have to wait for the items to go from the west to east coast, probably faster than Classic got them from the shelf to the shipping dock, Sad. They have a huge selection, but so do dozens of other places, won't make this mistake again that's for sure.
