Being an OCD architect, I had an idea for an engagement ring that was well outside of the realm of common. Classic Creations, and their team, were nothing short of fantastic. They sat with me a number of times to help me bring my idea to life in sketch form. They created a 3D digital model for my review and comments, then they made a printed wax model for review, and finally made the real thing. Of course, their raw diamond selection was beautiful and diverse allowing me to pick the exact one to fit my design and budget.
We ve since gone back for my custom wedding band and just now for my wife-to-be s custom wedding band.
I could not recommend them more, and we will be heading back there for years to come.

The store didn't carry the specific model of watch I wanted and they were able to order it brand new for me. The watch arrived in exactly 3 days! Had amazingly good interaction when calling for 1st time to get my watch strap adjusted. Store was closed due to corona19, but when opened on the first opportunity permitted, I came right in and in 10 minutes was out with wrist strap sized perfectly. Bonus there was no charge, even though I had not bought the watch there. Ami was a pleasure to talk with and the service was great and very professional and much appreciated. We were very lucky to be told of this wonderful jewellery store, we have been coming for about 8 years and they never fail to amaze us! Very honest and up front staff. The jewellery is beyond gorgeous, and again the staff are so helpful. They offer coffee, cappuccino and lovely baked goods while they clean your jewellery. Classic creations is amazing for any of your jewelry needs. They really give you amazing top notch service and they are very flexible and open to any questions or customizations that you want. My boyfriend custom created my engagement ring there and the staff made it a very easy and inviting process. I even had to come back in a couple of times to alter the sizing and they made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.
