Had amazingly good interaction when calling for 1st time to get my watch strap adjusted. Store was closed due to corona19, but when opened on the first opportunity permitted, I came right in and in 10 minutes was out with wrist strap sized perfectly. Bonus there was no charge, even though I had not bought the watch there. Ami was a pleasure to talk with and the service was great and very professional and much appreciated. Happy to highly recommend Classic Creations for all your jewelry purchases and service.
