Our experience at Classic Creations is consistently top quality. We have been coming there for many years and the customer service that they provide us each time we visit always exceeds our expectations.

The boys of Classic Creations are as good as it gets. Family run shop that brings you in and makes you feel like family. I am a complete amateur when it comes to jewellery and needed an education when purchasing an engagement ring. Both Ami and Daniel took the time to explain all the factors that go into the valuation of diamonds and were super patient in answering all of my completely uninformed questions all while not making me feel stupid or vulnerable. I met with a number of different jewellers in and around the City, including the stretch downtown and I never had the same feeling of comfort as I did at CC. There was no pressure around budget and I was never made to feel as though I needed to spend more, which was the sense I got with a number of the downtown jewellers. I also felt a deep trust with CC, which was immensely helpful in an exercise where it always feels as though you could be very easily ripped off.

This is a great little gem of a jewelry store with excellent customer service and great selection. Jordan helped me pick out a nice elegant promise ring that was close to my budget, and was very friendly, patient, and accommodating.
A few days after my purchase, I found out that my girlfriend had an heirloom ring that was very similar to the one I got her, so I asked them if I could exchange it for a different ring of the same price, and with a rose gold setting instead of white gold, and it was no problem at all.
They also have a great selection watches, and jewelry for men as well. I highly recommend this place.

I do not live in the Toronto area and Jordan promptly answered all my questions by email. Jordan special ordered the watch and the watch was delivered to me promptly, in just 4 business days. I have used classic creations twice now, and both times they have been great.

The first time was to repair my dad s Ebel watch which no one else in Toronto knew how to fix. Noel had an intimate knowledge of Ebel, and helped me order a custom band that fixed the issue.

I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel, Ummi and the team at Classic Creations back in 2015, when I was shopping for a wedding ring for my now wife, Barbara. I needed help with the process, despite having tried to find a ring on-line and even in the United States.

Was introduced to Jordan at Classic Creations through a good friend for an engagement ring. The entire process was fanastic. Jordan took the time to show me a number of different diamonds. They have a great selection and priced fairly. The turnaround time was between 4 & 6 weeks which worked well for me but Jordan was also willing to accommodate a quicker turn around if needed. The ring came out perfectly and is beautiful. I would highly recommend Classic Creations to anyone. I ll be going to them for other jewelry purchases as well after this experience.

I decide it was time for an upgrade and classic creations made me a stunning pendant with my original diamond it looks similar to my grandmas old necklace but has a modern edge with rose gold and ring of small stones around- they are always so lovely and professional!
