Excellent service from the sales team but came away with some lace up boots rather than zip up boots

Sensible covid precautions in place...open and helpful

Great for branded discounts. Some stores stock wonderful bargains and are fab, limited sizes and likely just end of lines. Other stores produce items just for outlet stores and these products haven't lasted so well for us. I visit once a year and often buy 3-4 big items.

Varied shopping experience for all the family. Lots of different restaurants if you want to eat whilst there.

Okay for some things. But not always good bargains. Some looked like they were a bit shabby. You have to look hard.

Went for shoes for our grandchildren. Managed to get one of them sorted in the Clarks Outlet shop. Good selection of shops. Fat Face is one of the new shops to have opened since our previous visit.

Plenty of cheap pay and display parking with fairly wide spaces. Good range of shops and a nice day out shopping. Plenty of places to get a coffee or something to eat too.

Brilliant stock and good prices. Staff helpful. My husband bought a pair of sandles he loves them as they are sooo comfy

Plenty of variety in all sizes for any age, shelves are stacked in sizes, so find your size isle and off you go, even do half sizes. Clark's is a brand you know means quality. Looking for a smart pair of shoes to start my new job and got exactly what I was looking for at half the price. Recommend a visit to all.

Good layout Clarks Quality, but still a bit pricey for a factory outlet.

The lad who measured my grandson was not very confident but was helpful

Great experience, friendly and really helpful staff were great when fitting my daughter for new school shoes.

Just like all the other designer outlet villages, all very samey, did purchase a pair of shoes at a reasonable price though.

Very good for late night shopping on Thursday to 8pm in December 9pm

Found some footwear at last after going around other shop in other towns should have gone here first.

Went to the Clarks village, outlet shopping centre in Street, Somerset a week before Christmas. Expected it to be heaving, but got parked about 50ft from entrance and not busy at all. Loads of shops to browse in a pleasant setting. The More

Gotta love Clark's! They've been part of the high street forever and they are always relevant. This is a nice branch with great prices. My friend found the perfect pair of brogues in there that he had been wanting. So, he is delighted. Recommended.

What not to like? School shoes fitted cheaper! Obviously you have to navigate paying to park and a million other people but go later in the day and breeze through.

The staff are friendly, but I didnot get the shoes I want, anyway I got the backpack for my daughter and shoulder bag for me also a shoes for my grandson and he loves it.

Clean and tidy with good social distancing in place during the Covid19 pandemic. My only criticism is having to pay for parking when other outlets are free.

Good range of "discounted" shoes but avoid in the lead up to a new school term as it becomes a new level of shopping hell.

Great outlet shopping. Good selection of stores and cafes. Always clean and tidy - looking lovely with the Christmas lights. Black Friday deals have started already!!!

In the middle of a refit. With limited stock it's not worth it till it's all sorted in 2020

Good prices if going for children's shoes be warned there is a small wait for someone yo see if they are the right size and fitting this is due to children going back to school

Clarks seeks good quality footwear, the problem is that they seem to be able to keep up with what is fashionable

Shoes in twos, browns and blues. Leather, plastic and canvas. Every type you could ever want except....... never the ones you want.

Charge so much for the same shoes that are in the outlet shop!

Clark's Village has very interesting history for every generation, as well as High Quality Brands of goods to buy.

Always a few bargains to be had here. Well Covid 19 prepared and social distancing observed in the store.
