This is famous for its location and rank but food was so bad. I never tested bad food like this hotel.

Expensive but exquisite and culturally awsome. Great food.

Though it is old, but it has been renovated extensively. Still the food of Clark's Shiraz is unbeatable.

Booked for One night. Checkin experience was Swift and nice. They have valet parking. Room was good enough Complementary breakfast buffet was decent. 7/10 experience would recommend if visiting Agra.

Recently I stayed at **Clarks Shiraaz** !
So for dinner we ordered Vegetarian Kebab Platter and to my surprise what came was Paneer Tikka . I returned and ordered something else. While my check out I was given a suggestion form where I clearly wrote Paneer Tikka does not comes in the category of Kebabs!
To my surprise 4 men including the manager and chef came to me and started arguing Mam anything that is cooked in a tandoor is kebab, so paneer tikka comes under that category. I said No sir, you might have some sort of confusion to which he replied Mam I have 18 years of experience in this food industry my God really??? After about 6 7 minutes of argument I said Sir there is no pressure on any of us to accept the opinion of the other person, So let us wind up the things on a good n respectful note .
I clearly got they won t accept such Blunder to spoil their name !!! But see how they are fooling people especially foreigners who want to taste authentic Indian dishes.

Good place for fine dining. Staff is nice and responsive.

Perfectly located on Take road. You can see Taj from roof top restaurant in the hotel.
Staff is helpful and rooms have all the facilities.
The have some good shops inside the hotel for buying handicrafts and momentos.

Overall property is beautiful and hospitable staff!

Visited this hotel for a social event. The hall was nice and spacious, service and food were excellent.

The place is horrible and not fit for hospitality industry.
They are rude and don't know how to behave
Plus they come up with irrational policy and charge you even for breathing at their property
Highly disappointed
Will never book again
Beware: they will create a scene for everything. I had to threaten them to sue them twice during our 1 day stay.

Oldest 5 star hotel in Agra, with good food and best service

Beautiful place ..Quiet and comfortable. Elegant rooms and super courteous service. Only glitch, breakfast could have been better but maybe since it was holiday season, it was so.

Hotel Clarks Shiraz,Agra is a very good hotel. Staffs and services are excellent! Checkers buffet is awesome About rooms.. are very clean bathrooms are very neat Overall I liked it very much I enjoyed the health club of hotel Clarks Shiraz.

A beautiful and sophisticated hotel with suitable facilities for two to three days stay

Being the first 5* hotel in Agra is not a sales point! Big deal. The room was OK, luxury is not a word that springs to mind, some padding in the mattress would be nice. But mostly it was the breakfast area that was horrible, really dated and depressing. I always like daylight at breakfast, but if you can't provide that, at least make it good lighting and a nice atmosphere.
It was nice that it had a pool and a lovely garden.
I wouldn't stay here again.

Worst restaurant ever, the mughal room.
2 staff memebers to wait for tables for 40 guests. More than an hour's time to get orders. Ignored requests and arrogant replies to complaints.

Its the best hotel in Agra, i celebrated my new year 2020 here. Hospitality was soo amazing out there. They people actually provide there guest 5 treatment. Thanks to all for making things worth it.

Had a bad experience with them ... I was there to book a banquet for 60 persons but they will said that u need minimum 70 to 80 persons to book A banquet so I have asked him I have not more than 60 persons then they said they will decided as per their dates so after 1 month they will call me and said we booked our banquet for you and I tell them that I have already booked a another 5 star hotel because at that time THEY will not sure that they will book a banquet for me or not.......

Room ok food ok. no swimming pool it is under maintenance . No wifi in the room. You need to pay for it.(300rupee for 12hrs) Free WiFi only in lobby.

The hotel is quite near to Taj Mahal. The moment you enter the territory of the hotel you automatically feel the difference between the chaos of Agra streets and the peace of hotel Clark Shiraz. Room was neat and clean and also the service of the hotel was up to the mark. I really liked staying over there. Only one small drawback , tap water was salty.

It's a really good hotel and deserve to be in 5star category.

Nice ambiance, courteous staff, good food, cozy rooms...

It was very annoying and disappointing experience in much acclaimed hotel. The luggage taken by hotel staff for scanning was misplaced and despite regular follow-up couldn't retrieve till 5 pm. Seeing no efforts being taken by front office and duty manager, I along with few friends took the pains ourselves to track cctv footage. The non technical staff at control room could not be of help for another 2-3 hours, finally we ourself took the charge and traced the luggage being taken by a hotel staff in some gallery and to our surprise when we tracked the bag at 11.30 PM almost midnight and asked duty manager about that area, the control room got a call from a person named Amar that a bag has been found and he brought it to reception. The highly unpleasant and rude behavior by front office executive and the fellow named Amar was the key point that made me leave the hotel in midnight. Never seen or expected a bit of such behavior in any category hotel, instead of any apology or even a word of sorry. Thanks Team Clarks Shiraz for spoiling my day!!
