Clarks Shiraz Agra Review

All in all nice hotel and facilities too .. only thing that lacks is that there's no network coverage and connectivity for some networks

It is safe cool , and pleasant place in cantoonment Area of Agra.

It's three star hotel in Delhi. I stayed here two nights. Rooms are well furnished and pleasant. Red Colour theme is appealing. Food is very tasty. Booffet Breakfast is complimentary, Indian as well as continental . Free WiFi facility available . Staff is friendly and gives prompt service. Tariff rates are most reasonable

The standard of food was normal. The price was too high and the service level was very poor. The parking arrangement was very bad.

Overall nice experience. Buffet breakfast is very good. You will find restaurent jam packed at 6am itself by non-Indian tourists who usually leaves for sightseeing by 8am.
Dinner buffet can be improved.
Staff is courtigious. Sanjay Pandey ji took very good care during breakfast buffets.

Extremely poor mobile network coverage in the premises.
No SOP in place for guests attending functions in the banquet halls other than a hand sanitizer dispenser.
Badly designed hall incapable for 100 guests.
Bland food.
Badly managed starter buffet.
Coffee stall realised it was out of sugar after coffee had been poured in cup.

Comfortable stay and good food. Try the rooftop restaurant on a ghazal evening.

A bit old but you can have fun out there. Have good club.

I was there for a friend's wedding and I loved the food and the hall where the wedding took place.

A wonderful hotel, you will receive with a glass of juice, older but nice room, clean beds, floors and bathroom. The complex in the whole very nice, as well as the pool clean, is cleaned daily. In front of the hotel entrance a small garden created with a way, very nicely designed. The dinner or breakfast, there is something for everyone, very well trained staff, expresses courteous and attentive. Definitely recommend this hotel. The shops, which are downstairs on the ground, by all means look, you will certainly find something. All in all, top.

The quality of the hotel is high. Both rooms and bathrooms are clean. The room is spacious and spacious.
It contains various facilities such as restaurant and spa.
The correspondence of the front has no problem many professional people.
On the other hand, the tour I asked at the entrance (not a taxi) does not have a very good impression. The price is high but there is no service in particular, and a chip is required. The people on this tour are second class.

If you go to see the Taj Mahal this place is lovely, it's got history and you can see the Taj Mahal from the rooftop bar. Around 10 mins from the drop point so no hassle.
The food was gorgeous but the true wonder of the hotel is colonial style, with nice comfortable rooms.

Overpriced according to its services!!Although rooms are good...But still not in accordance with the 5-star rating it holds....Services can get better...
BUT CERTAINLY THE BEST RESORT IN AGRA I GUESS..

All amenities are available.
Dinner restaurant costs 1600 rupees per person in buffet style, but honest level is not high at all. There is a better restaurant outside.
The shower has strong water pressure and hot water is available.

Really impressed with this hotel, the grounds were well maintained, had lots of good facilities for everyone the pool was excellent. The staff were exceptionally helpful . The room was excellent had lots of little extras like disposable razor etc. My bed was massive and very comfortable. The over all feeling of the hotel was very elegant. Only think I could possibly fault with this hotel is the reception staff were not very welcoming . Either way I would 100 % stay here again .

Really like the place in door and out doors, we order food in room in dinner. Food was excellent well cooked & served... Pool and ground was clean.... This is the place were Delhi people must go and relax for one day in the end surely four star for food & services.

Great location, perfect location, great service and great food.

Nice look and location in the city heart. Very close to tourist attraction points... Taj Mahal, Red Fort, GPO, Soami Bagh Samadh and also within radius of fifty kilometers Bharatpur, Mathura and Fatehpur Sikri are also great tourist attractions. Hotel provides all facilities and services are excellent as per my view it's overall nice place to stay for shorter periods. In opposite of hotel a well recognized Hanuman temple is situated thousands of followers offer worship and pray for peace and prosperity.

It was a nice stay, good property . Facilities are good but rooms are smaller than other Clark's hotels

Once upon a time this property was considered as iconic 5 star hotel, but that was all in past, rooms are bad as food.

This is the friendliest place in Agra. The hotel have been upgraded in building ,services and facilities which I have seen for more then over four decades .

Hotel Clark's Shiraz is a good hotel with luxuries. There is everything you want in a hotel for less money. There is a beautiful swimming pool and the sports zone is also very good. In the sports zone, there is a table tennis table, 2 pool tables and video games. The rooms are also very good, spacious and amazing. The food in buffet is also delicious. The interiors are also very impressive.

Standard hotel. Breakfast so so. They stole a money belt from our room. Agree, we shouldn't have left it in the room, but never the less....

Very general hotel chain, the store is cheap, but it will be bargained

The hotel is a little run down and the staff are largely indifferent. I was quite regularly pushed out of the way by porters with suitcase trollies. However, it is in a good location to visit local landmarks (such as the Taj Mahal and the Red Fort) but next time I'll go for The Oberoi.

Cons : Network reception was not good inside rooms and free WiFi is not included in hotel amenities. It's paid.
