One of the worst places to stay.. terrible service.. way over priced food.. even a oyo hotel is better than this..

Nice ambience. A touch expensive. Room service cheaper than cafe dinning.

We stayed at the Clarks for 11 days Whilst visiting family, and throughout our time we were made to feel special and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Staff were delightful and the hotel is charming. From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive and the rooms were well presented and our request for an adjoining room to our children s room was accommodated. Our time was spent visiting family, seeing the sights of Agra and relaxing by the pool. Alan and his team at the leisure facilities made us feel relaxed and we took advantage of the spa, treatments rooms and games room: our little one is now quite taken with table tennis and pool. The dining facilities are wonderful, from the breakfast buffet which caters for western tongues as well as all the favourites: the Dosa s were lovely! All of the team whom looked after us for breakfast, lunch and dinner were charming and very attentive and excellent service, a special thanks goes to Wahabuddinn, Ram and the team. We enjoyed a special meal in the Mogul restaurant to celebrate our sons birthday and the team managed to whip up a cake within 10 mins very impressive! Whilst away one of our family was taken poorly: (nothing to do with the hotel) and Sandihya from front of house was incredibly attentive and made sure that the Dr was called and that she was comfortable with everything: brilliant service, and thank you. All in a beautiful stay, topped off with amazing customer service! Ps dont just stay for a day when visiting the Taj add on some more days and enjoy the city.

One of the best 5 star hotel I came across in Agra. Well studded with decoration, high quality services and pleasant commuting makes it the apple of the eye. From the perspective of a royal stay to the arrangement of function it is undoubtedly the best. Availability of gym, pool and playing room is an enhanced feature. Further, the hotel is vast and spacious. Delighted with the services and will definitely recommend it.

Beautiful property and these people always treat me royally. I love their pool side. I am amazed by the professional staff and the cleanliness of the property. I will be coming soon to stay. I hope i get some loyalty benefits . Well done guys

So we went to Mughal for dinner.. Great experience.. Excellent food.. specially Dal Makhni..

The price is extremely fair for the food and even mini bar but the room is lacking in other aspects that they need to upgrade to bring the hotel to the 21st century

Nice place, good variety of food but rooms smelled mouldy when we were there. Also WiFi was painfully slow on 3rd floor. Limit of 6 hours of WiFi on rooms is a huge joke.
