The hotel's name might be big but the customer service has been the worst ever. We initially booked a room with an extra bed as we were planning to initially go 3 people. Later we added 1 more person so have decided to book 2 rooms instead. We tried canceling the extra bed for the 1st room well ahead of our stay 4-5 days before our stay but the hotel didn't respond. When we called them to follow up with customer service they asked us to come down at the time of stay and they will see if they can do anything. We ended up paying for the extra bed which they never provided for the 1st room. Additionally we asked for driver's stay which was costing us 750 INR for driver's stay and breakfast next day. They told us with driver's dinner it's 850 INR so we took it. Our driver didn't eat the dinner because they were only serving Chinese food. I asked them to refund and they didn't agree, and we didn't argue. Never had so much trouble with any of the hotel's before. It's not about money, it's about business ethics.

Good rooms with good service but the breakfast spread was not inline with what I have experienced in other 5 stars or lesser know hotels..

Costly but worth a stay. You have to pay for quater plate also.

We stay in colony next to the hotel. The management is absolutely insensitive to people living in it's neighborhood. Some function happening in their premises forfthe mighty IT commissioner. ExtreExtr loud volumes for last three days continuously. Despite repeated requests the hotel management doesn't believe in behaving decently and keeping decible levels in check. Really bad. Speaks very low about their concern for social responsibility.

Amazing Hotel with all the facilities...If i am in agra i'll definitely book that hotel for my comfort...my experience is of 7 times for that hotel.

Everything was picture perfect until the staff demanded extra payment for WiFi usage, which was never mentioned to us while checking in. Despite appealing to them not to charge us this way, they did charge me and my family with this extra money. This didn t leave a good impression while we left the place.

But yes, a very beautiful hotel to stay in Agra. One of the few hotels which is old yet has stayed modern enough with its own charm.

Every Thing was good but i don't know why they want to cheat/ get confused with booking. 1st they provide normal room but i booked deluxe one then i asked them for room quality then they switch us on another room. Then again they do not wants to share wifi details with me but when i show them that i have already paid for it then they share it. ETC ETC

If you like privacy....I suggest you that don't leave any open baggage or money or private things etc while you leave rooms. They check rooms without your consent for cleaning. Although staff is good but cant say about any miss happenings. View from Sunset Lounge is nice. Food of Mugal room is very nice. but service is quite slow as they focus on Foreigners.

Clarks shirts Hotel is most old and famous hotel in Agra . Supporting staff, but service not so well, exilant food but service so much slow .

It was amazing.Roasted bell pepper soup and daal Bukhara are must try. live ghazal in The Mughal room would bring out the singer in you.

Nice central location, sadly not much worked for us... When you go online to buy your Taj ticket it will include all the other attractions and you can pay with credit card

Rooms were poorly lit with uncomfortable beds and service is pathetic
