It was very annoying and disappointing experience in much acclaimed hotel. The luggage taken by hotel staff for scanning was misplaced and despite regular follow-up couldn't retrieve till 5 pm. Seeing no efforts being taken by front office and duty manager, I along with few friends took the pains ourselves to track cctv footage. The non technical staff at control room could not be of help for another 2-3 hours, finally we ourself took the charge and traced the luggage being taken by a hotel staff in some gallery and to our surprise when we tracked the bag at 11.30 PM almost midnight and asked duty manager about that area, the control room got a call from a person named Amar that a bag has been found and he brought it to reception. The highly unpleasant and rude behavior by front office executive and the fellow named Amar was the key point that made me leave the hotel in midnight. Never seen or expected a bit of such behavior in any category hotel, instead of any apology or even a word of sorry. Thanks Team Clarks Shiraz for spoiling my day!!
