Beyond expectations! Quite a large property and conveniently located with old world charm. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Taj Entry gates are quite close by. Food quality is excellent. Rooms are really good and we'll maintained. While this is one of the older hotels, I should say that this has been well maintained. Family loved it.

It was a really pleasant visit at the hotel. It was one of the oldest 5 star hotel nad it lived upto the reputation.

If you are at Taj and looking forward to a place with a good view of Taj then you may go for a dinner here. We went for lunch as we were completely exhausted. Opted for buffet with t state we were in. But the service is slow. Connectivity with Taj is probably only reason why one may choose to be here

Very nice hotel and very comfortable stay experience

The hotel is comparatively old property, which is quite evident in their furnishings and structure. I was staying here on an official trip. The package included laundry and inspite of telling them about my late evening arrival and departure plan next day morning, the staff couldn't honor the request for washing my uniform and spoke in a very unprofessional and indifferent manner. The buffet restaurant staff was acting very lousy and wasn't at all forthcoming in the service. Their approach towards the guest was 'Deny First', instead of hearing what he wants quoting management rules. The lethargy shown by the staff was very unbecoming of a 5 star hotel. I was asked by the front desk in the morning to give a feedback and I did mention all these points in it, but after that the staff was more interested in resolving the issue then and there by calling the concerned Manager in front of me, and literally asking me about explaining the particular instances about what went wrong and when. It was really annoying because that was the time we were waiting for the bill should since the last half-hour and were already running late, about which the front desk was totally aware of. A feedback has to be analysed and pondered over at a later time and if at all you require your customer to be a part of the corrective action the management wants to take, the customer's convenience should not suffer. I am definitely not coming again in this hotel primarily due to the 'SARKARI' type attitude of the staff.

Just wow! This property is real pretty. The rooms, the reception area and the overall property is done so so well. No complaints at all. The staff is friendly too. The buffet had a good spread. Pool area is average. So is the activity area. This property has in-house salon so that s a yay. The banquet is again wonderful here.

Hotel clark shiraz is a 7-star beautiful hotel It has a swimming pool on ground and a large garden beside it. On the other side of swimming pool there is a game area where there is- Snooker,carrom,chess and ping pong Its room like living in a heaven and very fast service Like if you order some food , the food will come to you in 10-15 min There staff is very friendly The location is good and a very quite place to live

Very cozy and clean hotel. Good cuisine and many dishes offered at the buffet. Spacious and clean rooms.

This must be one of the best in Agra. Might be the best because I have not seen other 5 Star hotels there. My foolproof suggestion is to stay here whenever you go to Agra. Nice rooms, ambience and good restaurants. Staff & hospitality is also nice. The 24 hour availability of in-room service of food is the best!

Built in 1961 , but doing a great job. My rooms have been refitted recently, judging by the scaffolding in May 2018 a lot more are underway. Great roof bar with views of the Taj, and out door air conditioning and mist.
The pool, while modest , is the best pool in the world to spend a few hours when it is 45 degrees in the town

Best 5 star hotel under 4000, Peaceful surrounding, nice location, near sadar bazar, staff very nice.

Place is replete with antiquity. Neat and well laid ambience. And the icing on the cake..........excellent fare to those who are gastronomically inclined....a must visit place.

A tourist factory visiting Taj Mahal and Agra Fort.

It already fit. What was not so good that Wi-Fi in the room extra about 300 rupees.
Downstairs in the shops are offered overpriced clothes and jewelry.

It is located at Taj Road. It is in Cantonment area. You may face difficulty of mobile connectivity inside hotel. The hotel is highly recommended for its rooms and service. They have always tried to sort out problems faced by us. However there are issues that can be improved. The buffet spread is much inferior than that of its competitors. We faced difficulty during check in. After a long wait we were provided rooms. Again no welcome drink was provided when we reached hotel for the first time. Another big problem lies with travel desk. The hotel has outsourced the car service. It has probably reduced the pain of management but created trouble for guests as quality of service gets compromised. These are the reasons where it is behind its competitors.

Old world 5 star luxury at reasonable prices, not far from the Taj and in green zone of the city.

The oldest 5 star of Agra. Food is good. The conference hall is well equipped. They have a nice swimming pool too.

We just finished a 10-day trip throughout India and of all the hotels we stayed in, this was by far the best. This place has character and charm, and we received incredible service. Our room wasn't quite ready when we asked to check in 3 hours early and while we waited the manager of the hotel had coffee with us and chatted. Our best meal of the trip was in their Mughal Room Restaurant, overlooking Agra. Incredible experience!

The food isn't up to the mark and even the services are questionable but the rooms and the build of the hotel is fabulous!

Fantastic property. We had a wonderful stay. Room was very good, hotel ambience was lovely, food was great in all the three restaurants, pool was very nice, and what a service by each and every person in the hotel, ever smiling taking care of our every single need. One of the best hotels in my travel of two decades.

Cool and home like place to stay in Agra . Location is ausum

VERY BAD experience of mine in this hotel. A couple of week ago I went to my friend brother's wedding ceremony and at around 11pm there are two thief's who stole bridegroom mother's handbag from inside the hall which having expensive jewellery & cash. Hotel authority didn't take immediate action & responsibility out there when they knew about this incident.No help, no action, nothing. Can't think this would happened also in this reputed hotel.

This is a nice hotel, its staff is also good, there is space for parking, many foreign tourists also come here, whose care is good here, the lobby is beautiful, it is the perfect setting for sitting
