The service was good but 2-3 times it happened that they were very late in serving the food but the service by the waiter was good.

Look good. There is place to organize receptions party on top floor. Good enough service there. It's besides the Mumbai Hyw.

The location of the hotel is good, it is clearly visible from highway. They have basement parking as well, but dont have direct access to reception from there. One have to walk through the passage to get into hotel. No staff came for hospitality. Check-in was fast.

Hotel lobby and rooms were great. Bed was nice, bathroom was cleaned.
Ac was little noisy, led screen was small. Mini bar was missing.

Hotel is OK. Food is not so good. Location is good.

Rooms are really good... Food is not that good for vegetarians but breakfast is wortg

Cozy place,only rooms are comparable to taj (the gateway) ambed. Otherwise it's okay

Celebrated my son's first birthday at hotel Seven Heaven on 21st Dec 2019. Banquet hall & food quality is excellent. Staff is cooperative.

Decent hotel in a good location. However room quality and service needs to be improved. Also food options are limited and basic

The overall experience was bad, they don't honor the promises they make, making it irritating at the end moment.

Reception staff behaviour is worst.black fat man I do not know name .He has taken Rs.950 forcefully and not given bill.I will complain to GST council also

The great option if you want to consider a meal on this road you will find lots of good hotels this is one of it cleanlin Noddy has his own car serviceess is great parking space available hotel has its own car service in case you need it staff is a light food is good little on a costly inside but work when you have to consider taste

It was our 2nd choice since the 1st option did not have seating. Food was decent and reasonably priced however the bar closed at 11pm & nobody informed last call for beer and wine. Better than average but definitely not the best in the city. I would only return if all other options were exhausted.
