All good but need some improvement with service for room

Excellent place for Get togethers, Family functions.
AC hall is excellent. Ample parking.
Testy food and Good service.

Went for a buffet but it was delayed from the scheduled time, staff is friendly but need to concentrate more on service. Food is average. Property is nice and decent.

Nice,cozy place at Ambad on Mumbai- Nashik highway. Clean rooms,good,simple and cozy decor,nice breakfast and food.

Rooms are good, hotels location is great advantage as it's just by Agra highway. Banquet hall is big enough for small gathering for engagement or Birthday parties. Restaurant is okay but it's cooling is bad, only 4 ACs for such a big restaurant makes it very difficult during summer.

Disappointing!! The food is just mediocre. The rooms are nothing to rave about and th amenities are below average. The service can at best be rated 3 on a scale of 1 to 10. Recommended only if u have run out of hotels to stay and need rooms for just a single night!!

Good Quality of Food. Good banquet hall for small function upto 200 peoples

Had a corporate seminour in which the set up of Hall was shabby no proper screen,chairs cover were dirty, table cloth was dirty and torn. No at all manage no proper knowledge of corporate seminour.Not at all good.hotel.for seminour.Hotel hall needs renovation with professional staff to handle corporate seminar.

Budget Hotel, Location is Good, Mumbai Agra Highway. Near to MIDC and City

Place was small, is suitable for small gatherings, not big functions.

Service is worst. Plastic plates broken and cracked. Old Style chay ki lariwala type cups they serve tea and coffee in these cups. Spoons are like you will not even give to your servants or anyone. Main drinking water area is near toilets near nazarana restaurant in hotel. Food is good but service is very very bad. When visited at nazarana restaurant for breakfast water drops were falling from AC from roof.

Nashik is one of the most pleasant city for weekend stay and Hotel Seven Heaven is the right place for a wonderful Experience.

Good rooms at a very low price.. Around 5k rs for four persons in a room and buffet here costs around 300 rs each .The food is tasty. The management is a little slow.. But it is fine.. The beds and rooms. Service is nice
