CAUTION! Don't visit this place and definitely not with your family. Incompetent and insensitive staff. Drunk waiters. They serve food and drinks in dirty and used plates and glasses. Sevre food and drinks that have dead flies and moths. It appears to be a shady hotel.... Definitely not recommended families and not individuals too. They should rename it to Seven Hell Hotel.

DISGUSTING HOTEL AND MANAGER!!!!
We arranged one of our Family Function In This Hotel. And the service they provided us was WORST!
We booked Banquet hall with one complementary room and one paid room. But on the day of the Function, hotel Manager, Deepak created mess. He allocated that paid room to his another customer. Then after requesting, he gave us another room which was of their another client. He gave us that room for 1 and half hour and took full payment of it.
During our function these people switched off half lights in the Banquet hall.
Our Overall experience was horrible. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone for any of the function. I would rate the staff in Minus.

The service, food and rooms were all worth the money. Enjoyed my stay here.

Neat nd calm space nd helpful staff . Food is also not much expensive.

Location is ok as it is located on service road next to Highway, if you are there for official visit. All industries are nearby from the Hotel.
Food quality is also Ok.

A good quality banquet hall,just the technical part like the mike and all were a bit outdated

Rooms were clean and spacious. Proper ventilation and air conditioning. Staff was polite and helpful. Service was quick and fast.

The food was very disappointing and below average.
Veg chilly was tasteless and not cooked properly. The veg triple fried rice has no taste in anyway. I had this worst experience and that too on the anniversary of the hotel.

Otherwise ambience of the place was really nice.

The services of the Hotel were very nice. I also attended a family function there which was taken care by the same management. The staff is friendly and cooperative. The rooms are very spacious and food is also good.

I had gone for a wedding reception held at seven heaven. The lift is so small only 4 ppl can accommodate inside, also the lift takes 3 mins to reach 4 floor. When u have a function at the roof top this lift is of no use. Also they have only one lift. The other one doest work. The stairs are very narrow for two ppl to walk at the same time. When the eating processed it was 8.30 almost the timing given was 7.30 onwards but the management who were suppose to serve. People yelled at them then they started but they were lost. People pay so much money to them for a good program but the food quality was bad. The noodles were stale. All cold. The management found horrible. Not recommended for any function atleast. They also have restaurant also but have nit tasted any of the food. Reception food was horrid.

Nice hotel along Nasik Mumbai highway at Nasik city. Good food, nice service.

The hotel serves the name through its hospitality and service. The staff was friendly and helpful. All the arrangements for accommodation and room service was systematic. Even the food was of good quality. Enjoyed my stay. Will surely visit again. Thank you.

The bed linen is poor.
Food is good but the portions are small. Service takes a loooong time.
Be prepared to wait for about an hour after placing ur order.

Hotel is pretty good. But the staff is unprofessional. I ordered an extra matress at 11pm and i got it at 12:30pm.Otherwise the hotel is very good

There was no door mat outside the bathroom. When called for, I was told that they don't have any. Room service was slow. I had to call multiple times for checking on the status of food and received it after 1 hour of placing the order. Other than that, the staff and hospitality workers were well behaved and decent. Breakfast was good, for Rs.180pp and the rooms were clean. 3 stars for me.

Hotel is easily accessible as it is on National highway. Hotel was very clean n well decorated. Staff was very helpful and polite.

when I was visiting the hotel for 2days..I'll see that in the reception area..the receptionist is not a proper grooming.., when I take my lunch n dinner there are so many dishes (any one dish is not a good taste or cooked also).., after dinner when I take soup the (veg man chow) soup is such a horrible taste...n when I ask Waiter r u checked the soup before serving he say no sir I can't..taste the soup... I am questioning u why...n housekeeping is good..I appreciate that..but I'll say that 1- please focus on the staff grooming..
2- when you serve anything related to food item please check before u serving the guest..
