Not suitable for any rating. Pathetic taste. If you have sodium deficiency, please visit this hotel. They serve lots of salt in their food. Good for nothing.

Hotel Seven Heaven serve's a very delicious food & the service is so good

Hotel staff is good, nicely maintained and is at prime location

Did not like the food. Took lots of time to check-in due to booking from Make My Trip. Wouldn't suggest this hotel but if no option this is an ok bet

Stage has holes or spaces it in quite dangerous

The food quality is very very bad had order some Tripl fried rice and veg chilly it was so terrible could eat more than a spoonful. They need to change the chef at the earliest. The service and ambiance is okay.

Had to stop here for a quick lunch. The palace is clean. The food is fresh and very good to taste. The service is quick.

Always have water issue.. some different kind of water that makes body little sticky..

We reached yesterday and was immediately contacted by hotel reception after calling JD. The suite rooms were costly and not with the price. We then selected a medium room and was offered discount as well . Rooms were full comfy and well kept. Nothing special abt location. Looking forward for tonight also....

Had planned my wedding reception for over a few months there, had a series of sad things happening all through the event. 2 days before wedding we are told that the function is being held at 7 Heaven, their sister concern hotel. Had to replan, process and execute everything again according to the new venue. And they tell us, app ko toh bathaya tha. The way the person concerned was talking felt like to cancel everything and sit at home, cause the way he spoke it was so rude and unapologetic. The series of things that happened there at 7 Heaven, that's another tale.

Our wedding cake was thrown in a plastic bag as we asked them to parcel it. The cake was ordered from Taj Gateway, which costed around Rs6500. Forget the monetary point, it was a cake that we wanted to cut and distribute with friends and relatives. But the way it was dumped in to the plastic carry bag it could only be thrown away.

The chef stated inko ghar pey khana nahin milta? When asked to parcel the remaining plates of selected dishes only which weren't consumed. And I thought I was paying for the whole quantity that was prepared for the function. Our is it that they are going to serve the leftover to the next function?

We made a 90% advance payment before the function, but still during the function they stated that they won't serve the food unless complete payment was made even though we are staying at the same hotel and not running off anywhere. Food was served only after a argument which could have been avoided was exchanged.

The bride and groom requested for a few dishes to be served in the room for dinner from our buffet, only 3 dishes were sent.

The manager available mentioned that they too weren't informed the event was at their property since the sister concern hotel made the booking.

The lift wasn't working due to which elderly people from the rooftop had to come walking down all the way.

When toiletries were requested at around 11:00pm after function by one of our guest staying in the hotel, they got the reply that at this time we don't provide toiletries.

We checked out on 11th Feb and while settling the bill, all they offered as compensation was a discount of Rs900. When I displayed dissatisfaction they said they will contact us in 2 days i.e. by 13th but today is the 19th approximately a week over the time they offered a callback.

All in all not the way I would have planned to spend so much money and memories.
