1 Adult Ticket: $38.05 + tax = Bus & boat ride for 2 days that you can use anytime. Go on their website, pay online and get 5% off.

It was a nice tour of Toronto. It kind of got a little boring for me by the time I got to Casa Loma, but maybe that was because I know the city very well. The boat ride wasn't all that but you do get nice pictures of the Toronto skyline. The hopping off and on comes in handy.

Took my fiance on a tour for his birthday. Although we live in Toronto, it was nice to learn a bit more history about some of sites. I do wish indigenous history was part of the tour. Cordelia was a fun guide.

Went in July. Long wait times for the bus. Too many stops, too much time spent at each stop. More like an actual transportation bus than a tour. Not relaxing at all. They tried to squeeze as many ppl on to bus as possible. Was sitting on the bottom b/c the top was always full and ppl were constantly shoving and pushing to get to the top deck of bus. Had book bags, elbows and backsides shoved in my face and on my side the whole tour. Would not recommend this overcrowded tour bus. At least not in the summer.

Amazing time, went originally to see the Assassin's Creed Symphony but was postponed to March, however we kept hotel rooms and went and had a great weekend and got some Christmas shopping done.

Overall, a good experience. We took advantage of the hop-on and hop-off functionality. Doing that however, showed us there were many different buses of varying quality. Some were new and spacious and had a very nice guide, others were old with small seats. Another o e didn't have alive guide, and instead you than just a recorded track.

Our biggest complaint was an extended wait at one stop. They have a bunch of buses doing their circular route, the overall idea is a bus will be by within every 15 to 20 minutes. This generally worked out, however one time we waited for 45 minutes. This is most likely due to traffic in a large city. That is something out of their control, but it is something to keep in mind.

Very expensive for what it actually offers

Very expensive for what it actually offers
It was raining and it was a disaster to travel because all the buses, being old and poorly kept, loaded water and flew drops everywhere. Of the sieve.
Staff very very kind and prepared.

Great way to get around Toronto over their two day ticket. The tour guides provide some very interesting pieces of history as well which is great. Only down side is that it doesn't run later in the evening where you can see a different side of toronto

The service and the tour are good but it ends very early. There are no 24 hour tickets only 48 hours which makes it somewhat expensive. In summer it includes a boat ride which is very worthwhile.

Be careful using this service! Wouldn't recommend to any Americans planning on paying with a debit or credit card. They told me my card was declined twice however they charged my bank account twice totaling $372. They continued to say that my card was only declined, I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Would not recommend.

We went sightseeing with them around the city and they were very professional and very respectful. Also arrived right on time when they said they would arrive (they weren't delayed)

All I have is good things to say about this place. I recommend anybody check it out if they are interested in Toronto's history.

Always do this when you visit a city that you do not know yet. You get a good idea of what you can visit. Tickets can be ordered online but will still be exchanged for paper version on the bus. Your ticket is valid for 48 hours and you have extra access to a 45-minute boat trip.

I took the 7/15/2019 group tour from the Hilton hotel to Niagara Falls and I'm writing to voice my great displeasure with the condition of the bus. On the return portion of the tour, the A/C of the bus broke in the sweltering heat, and myself and most passengers on the bus were very uncomfortable with the temperature and humidity inside the bus. The A/C had broken down before our last stop (Niagara-on-the-lake) at around 2:45PM, which would have been enough time for the driver to have asked for the A/C to have been fixed, or for another bus to have been brought in. Once we left for Wine tasting, the bus driver said the A/C was broken, and that we would have the option to wait for another bus to come, but it would take too long for the replacement bus to come due to the traffic. He said if we wanted to wait for another bus, we would be on our own.
I'm not blaming the driver of the bus for the condition it was in, but I do believe there was a severe lack of proactivity in trying to remedy the situation on his part.

I've been to sight seeing tours on double decker busses in other parts of the world and I must say that this tour was disappointing. It is simply a bus that takes you in downtown core and drops you off at the point you want. I could take the TTC to do that. I thought it would drive up to the spots not drop them off a block away. We also went close to the end of the tour day when we were told if we got off there wasn't a guarantee that we would get picked up by another bus. If this isn't a guarantee, why wouldn't the tour be priced less?
The only part I did like was that a boat tour around the Toronto island was included. This was the nicest view of the Toronto skyline that I've seen.
The tour is very expensive. For a family of 4 we payed $130. Too much for a low quality tour!
Please try to improve this.

The tour of Toronto by bus went very well, as did the tour of the islands by bus (they even asked us if it bothered us to be on a boat without a roof over the sun), the only problem was at casa loma where the bus was full at the end of the day which we can understand.
We took the bus to Niagara Falls the next day. Despite 1 hour delay for departure, our driver, Michael Francis was just perfect, he commented on the whole trip with tips and stories about Canada. He sold us the tickets for the boat directly on the bus (provide change, $ 26 instead of $ 29 on the spot) and then accompanied us to the group entrance for the boat tour of the falls . He then gave us a bottle of fresh water each when we got back on the bus.
A stop at souvenir city and Niagara of the lack later, we were on the way back, unfortunately with traffic, we arrived in Toronto at 8:30 p.m.
To conclude, despite the delay in schedules, we did well to take the combo, we were able to visit Toronto in one day (especially since public transportation is expensive and complicated ...).
PS: there are electrical outlets in the bus for Niagara and we can also leave our things there during the visits (shopping, suitcases ...). Remember to tip the drivers, it's 20% of their salary;)

I wish I could review in negative. This is an example of bad business practice. It was windy day, I was going towards the ferry that was part of the ticket, as soon as I took the ticket out of my pocket it flew from my hand into lake water. I took a picture and also I had a credit statement of 46 dollar purchase in my phone so I thought nothing to worry about. Next day when I went to their booth and asked them to re print they refused and said Ticket lost means your chance is lost I said I have a proof of purchase on my phone still they shamelessly refused.

I highly request you not to support this kind of business, also the stops in the bus are very reachable by foot or transit. Most important being Chinatown, Harbour Front. And please note that the province ferry that goes to Island round trip costs only 9 dollar. So decide wisely!

Personnel was disrespectful and rude, they weren t able to full-fit the amount of people that came in summer, tooo long waiting times

I would like to make a complaint about the service provide in Toronto, we have traveled and took a lot of your tours in different cities, but never had such an awful experience.

We took the bus in Toronto at First of all the bus takes too long, even in New York were quicker. Even so, everything was fine until... on July the 6th we took wanted to take the bus from CASA LOMA to DUNDAS SQ., the bus takes SOOO MUCH TIME to get to CASA LOMA, once there, the bus got full quickly, there was another bus on the way so it gets there to save us but the asian descendent driver treat us awful, he didn t respect the line as it was, he first got in all the people on the back, when the people of the front start yelling at him to respect the line, he just yelled louder just to say we got seats for every one , I was telling to his partner how unfair was everything and he start yelling us that if we didn t want to get to the bus, we can stay there to wait for the other, what O thought it was very rude and unnecessary, HE MUST BE PATIENT ENOUGH TO DEAL with those situations at least, and BE RESPECTFUL of justice.

We got from stop 7 (CASA LOMA) to end up in stop 10 because the bus stop working, and off course all the buses were full, so we get to our destiny in another mean of transportation.

So during summer be prepared :/

Stopped at all the major places in the city with interesting historical facts about the places along the route. Tour guide Gabby was absolutely fantastic! The buses were maybe fifteen minutes apart so getting off and on is easy although we didn't get off. Total tour time about two hours. Boat tour included and it never expires! Upper deck is the place to be.

HORRIBLE!! Made a very disappointing experience with the CitySightseeing in Toronto. We have done the tour in multiple cities and never were so mad about the organisation and Customer care. We were only in Toronto for one day - so we wanted to see as much as possible of the city. We were waiting at the start bus stop for two hours in the heat - together with 50-60 other people. In that time span only one bus passed where only three people could go on. After we waited for such a long time we finally got able to go on a bus and we did a third of the tour because that already took us 2.5 hours. The whole tour is supposed to go 1.5-2 hours. Also The live guide couldn t talk because his microphone did not work. We left the bus early because we had museums tickets booked, which we could not go to because of the delay of the bus. I contacted the customer service and got told that we ll get a refund if that situation happened like I Told it. The employee told us we ll get a call or email back ASAP. That didn t happen for almost a week, then I called again only for them to tell me that those tickets are non refundable. We paid almost $100 for a bus tour we didn t enjoy nor did completely. It was not the fault of the traffic whatsoever. It s the companies fault because they have way to less busses for the amount of tickets they sell. They just want to make profit without caring about if their customers are satisfied or not. You could feel every time that I was in contact with someone of the company - they didn t care whether you are satisfied or not. NOT ADVISABLE.

You guys need to add some busses. I forgot how
Long the wait times are. Definitely been waiting over half a hour for the next bus to come along. Not the first time this has happened either. Not very comfortable in this heat. :/

Fun guides make this tour so much better. I did this tour twice and I must say they make me come back again. Last time it was raining so we just put on our rain ponchos and saw the city with a cert romantic angle . I will recommend this to families and couples. Nice way to spend few hours. We also did the voar tour which was equally good.

Yes, I'm between 3 or 4 stars. Why 3, because the tour is very long, which is great, because you see a lot, but the stops are sometimes too long. 4 stars but for the detailed explanations of the guides. Unfortunately, the quality of the guide in the new buses is very bad. There is always a rushing sound in the ear. For the other languages the quality is good. The old tour bus is only available in English. The NEW with various languages. The price of $ 44 is a bit high, but you still have a 45min boat tour included in the ticket. For with 3.5

I always share my experience with the intention that it be improved. The comfortable bus, the short route for my expectations and what left me completely unsatisfied is the translation in Spanish. While the guides spoke English very sympathetically, I was only stunned by the music and in the middle some reviews of some notable places in the city. For Toronto and its cost per person they fall very short. Update service please. Thank you!

Awful! My experience was on Saturday, 5pm, September 17th. The driver was a reckless crazy guy! He got in an argument with an Uber driver (very disrespectful), he passed the red lights several times and stopped on the crosswalks as well! Besides that, he would accelerate and break so abruptly that I felt I was riding a wild horse, and my back was hurting a lot after the tour. Such a crazy guy...

I did not enjoy this tour at all. I was sitting downstairs and the windows were dirty. The bus would fill at the various stops and people are standing in the Isle making it impossible for people who are sitting to see around them. It was extremely hot and no air conditioning. If this is to be a tour, there should not be people standing like they are on public transportation. You should also be running the bus that has full windows downstairs. I did this tour on Wednesday, July 25. I was there for a family reunion and decided to bring some of the family members to tour Toronto and was disappointed.

Have been to many tour buses before in USA and Europe , this one was worse !! The bus I rode on was so old that it looked like something came out of a junk yard. The host was speaking so loudly that you can hardly understand what she was saying. They skipped some stops also . It s not worth the money !

Love the group here! It's amazing how they got real London Buses over to Toronto! It just have been a trek!

The staff are amazing and full of joy all the time. It's amazing how much knowledge you can pick up here, some that isn't generally helpful, but most are something that you go home to and feel like you've accomplished something.... the group should be very proud.

Well organised and detailed tour of the city. Bus guides are knowledgeable about landmarks along the ride. Good thing is you can get down at points along the way to explore and then get back on the next bus. This give opportunity to see places of interest and enjoy the ride.

I encourage everyone to take this type of tours at the beginning of your trip to know at least the main attractions of every city. Note: this company is located in different cities around the world.

The tour that the staff will disrespect you and argue with you. I go with my family and ask for a package for 4 adults and 2 kids. They give us a price and we hop on. Then they come and say that they only charged us for 4. I expressed myself very clear and we had an understanding; it seemed the lady had hearing problems. I say, "well you we have a problem you told us one price and if it's not the price you told me when I paid you, I need a refund". She says she'll be back, and then one of their staff member comes telling us (with a demanding tone as if we were stealing something) that we have to leave the bus right now. I express my concern and how I feel, and the staff lady starts arguing with me telling me that I didn't say that. I ask for a manager and the manager/Allyson, who was not there when I bought the tickets, says that she was there and that the staff lady is right. They didn't respect us They didn't assumed responsibility of their mistake. They ARGUED with the client and didn't give us any options, even when I asked. Me and my family are here for vacations in Toronto, and this is our first experience. I'd give a 0 stars but there's not an option for that.

If you don't start at Dundas square, you don't have a map,you don't know where pick up is. Had a horrible time trying to find the pick up location at Casa Loma . They should really consider posting the intersection where the pick up is online.

You can do better on your own for cheaper. The hop on-hop off is quite pricey, but they have an hour boat tour which should not be missed. See Toronto's islands and a nice skyline. Great for pictures.

The bus for the falls was in a really bad condition. It was probably the ugliest bus in the whole Toronto and had no seat belts. On their website they claim to have "luxurious coach" which is definitely a false advertising.

For the money we paid I expected a snack at least, but they only provided a bottle of water. Really?? How magnanimous.

In the end, the driver asked for tip. The tour was already too expensive to begin with, but we tipped however not happily.

I would NOT recommend any of their tours except the harbour boats which you can buy separately either online or off the station.
