I think is the only one in toronto with this kind of buses! It's ok! Every hour! Sometimes until 5pm

Great touring experience that stops at a long list of great attractions.

Horrible experience, long wait, although they advertise that there is a bus every 15 minutes, we waited 45 minutes, bus is overly crowded, we had to stand with no air-conditioning and tinted windows, although it supposed to be sight seeing!!! When finally moved to the upper deck, the driver hit a tree that almost hit us. Lousy service and very over priced they don't even deserve 1 star

We had such a fun day seeing all the tops sights in Toronto with our visitors from Holland. Our kids loved sitting up top! The tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. The boat ride was an added bonus. The stops were well mapped out and we were amazed at how well the driver navigated the city and avoided construction and traffic - such a smooth experience. Such a great way to see an amazing city!

Very Good tour. Bigger display of pick stand sign at down town requires.It was very difficult to find pick stands.

A horrible experience, the bus was full when we got on, there were no places at the upper floor and no ac at the lower floor. The tour is in English without any translation. The bus is super old and stinky.

Horrible. Every stop has 50+ people waiting to get on every bus. People can t get on or off buses. Once on the bus we wait 20+ minutes at every spot while they try to negotiate seating and the whole bus missed the only boat of an hour.

Pretty much a cattle hurd. Save your money.

It would be nice if your staff kept all the people organize in a line and not block the whole of Front st ...bad bad

Prepare before hand to know its route. Especially for the boat ride.

This tour was a rip off. The guide on the bus barely spoke. We had to ask for a map. There was not a lot of info on the audio system either. The boat ride was the saving grace. It would have been better if we just did the boat ride.

Boat tour was nice added feature. Problems with audio system throughout tour. Still worthwhile.

Worked here before, nice coworkers. Excellent place to work in night shift. You have a feeling of being connected to people around you.

Excellent way to get to know the city. Especially in winter when it is very cold. The only thing I liked is that there is no one-day passes, there are only 48 hours.
We especially liked the guide (a boy from Brazil), super friendly and we did participate enough. :)
At the next day we touched a girl and did not like anything, it seemed he was reading everything he said.

My experience going to Niagara Falls ended in a result of negligence to maintain any sort of safety check or maintenance to the bus that we were on. Our bus stalled 4 times on the highway heading toward niagara, and though our tour guide went to a maintenance shop while we were looking at the falls, there should have been an automatic protocol to call another bus if the bus were to even stall once. Thank goodness our experience did not result in any sort of injury to any of the passengers including children and older adults, which I m sure the company would not care about even with vulnerable people on our tour. Not to mention there was absolutely no monetary compensation noted in the picture. Overall, if you had an option to choose this company or literally any other choice of transportation and tour, please be smart and make the latter choice.

Make sure to buy your tickets online. The tour was really good, it will take you to all Toronto's landmarks. The night tour is also highly recommended, this one won't be hop on and off but is less crowded and it will show you Toronto's nightlife.

Hop on hop off is an absolute must do in Toronto. You see a lot can get off at a short time when you wish and also a nice boat trip (45min) is included in the ticket.

Only sometimes you have to wait a little longer than 15 minutes for the (next) bus.

Loved the chance to get on and off and see what I wanted. Never a long wait for the next bus. Some guides were better than others.

One of the speaker's spoke so fast she was hard to understand and English is my first language! Got off and the next bus/speaker was good.

BUYER BEWARE! My family and I scheduled a trip to Toronto for summer vacation. As part of the trip, we booked a sightseeing bus excursion through City Sightseeing Toronto. We purchased a family ticket plus one adult online to take advantage of a discount. We then received what we were told were our tickets to board the bus from a representative at one of the bus stops. The tickets were good for 48 hours and included a boat tour of the Toronto harbor. We boarded the bus and got off at another stop. Later in the day we re-boarded the bus. At no time were our tickets rechecked.
On day two we tried to board the bus at which time another sales associate reviewed the paper I had received the day prior and said that my ticket was only good for one adult and not my full family. When I challenged this was all I had received the day prior, the representative said there was nothing they could do, no ticket, no boarding.
I completely understand this policy and appreciate that folks may try to game the system. However, the slip of paper I received and placed immediately in my wallet the day before was given to me as tickets for my entire family. I had no other ticket because I was never given another ticket.
In the end, even after contacting customer service, the company was unwilling to refund my money nor issue me the ticket I should have received to begin with.
I leave a VERY disappointed customer and can not recommend this tour company.

Was a little disappointed that there was no live commentary. The information on tape are not very interesting. There were not enough busses, they were crowded all the time and sometimes not everybody got in. I am used to better tours in different cities - too bad!
