Enjoy the free service with limited 800mb but I tried to use the unlimited service comparing express and ghost VPN service and gives better speed compare to Vyper VPN

I want to give it a perfect rating but it doesn't support Netflix and their Mac app leaving the icon on the Dock taking up unnecessary space since the menu bar icon does everything!

When I change region to Spain it changes to Rumania

I've been using them for months. ever since congress allowed people to sell browsing history without our knowledge for profit. I decided to have a VPN. I like it a lot. I like how it connects me automatically on public wifi safe and secure. I'm in the US. haven't had any problems except the Chrome browser it never works. so, I switched. on Mavericks.

No one ever answers the phone if you have a problem. Ok product but terrible customer service.

Have been trying for several days to get a human being without any success !! Bad for your brand; do you think I will recommend you to my friends & family; when the customer service is non-existent !!

Simply answering your phone will go a long way to helping you get more business.......a simple logic most companies forget !!

Nov 12th 2016 - Used to be great. Now getting a UK connection is almost impossible

I am not sure how yo do this but you have charged my 80 year old mothers credit card. We went through this last year and had the charges reversed and you did it again this year. When I call your 1(888) number it doesn't work. Scam????

Whats is this For company you stolen my money you taked first 319 SEK and then after that 349 sek. I want my money back. I have been scammed they have take 2 times money fr.o.m me!!!

I believe these 1 star reviews to be FAKE, or from people who have no idea how to use a computer. I have tested a number of VPN services and so far I've had the best results with SurfEasy.

Non existent customer support. No one answers the phone. Horrible product and business.

It works, has endpoints in several different countries and connects relatively fast. I've had no problems with it and I think I get good value for my 5 dollars per month.

It does the job. Specialy when you travel to south east asia and you need to use public WiFi. I had no issue since more than 2 years. People who give 1 star dont know anything with computer !

They have terrible customer service as have been trying to cancel this service since february, 16 leaving voice mails and emails but get charged monthly anyways. lets see if I get billed for may?

be very careful with this company. they charged me $5 for monthly subscription but 2 days later they forcefully shut down my account because they discriminate indonesians like myself (they believe indonesians are poor so they consider all indonesians with CC to be fraudulent and using stolen CC). what's more of a joke is that, they told me they have refunded the purchase yet after I call my bank it's proven that they actually never refunded anything. They stole $5 from me and probably from many other people from third world countries because they know they can just paint us all with bad stereotype and nobody would believe us. Evil and discriminating company, must avoid!

I've never used another VPN. Guess I haven't seen the need. I've been using Surfeasy 4+ years. I found them on QVC and bought it b/c I trust QVC (Surfeasy was an unknown company at the time). I've had good service with Surfeasy. I've had an occasional issue but Surfeasy has Always taken care of it. Tell me of a software that hasn't had an occasional issue? This IS NOT a scam company. I'm shocked at some of the negativity by some who haven't even given them a chance to correct issues. QVC does Not sell scam products!! I wholeheartedly endorse The Surfeasy product. I am Not a paid reviewer. My motivation here is to support a quality product and good people because that is getting harder to find these days. Feel free to contact me about my experience with Surfeasy. They also support and inform us about internet privacy laws. Our governments are giving our privacy away and we need to fight this!! Congress is accepting lobby money from service providers (comcast and others) WHO ARE SELLING YOUR BROWSING HISTORY FOR THEIR PROFIT! That disgusts me and it should you too! Thanx for listening.

I am an actual user. Something does not seem right about some of the negative feedback. What I recall is that I had some questions and support was very prompt in replying with a solution. This is not a scam company.

Is it the best service, I don't know. The service the company provides has been solid, enough so that I haven't had a reason to move on and I do rely on their service.

I've been using SurfEasy for 4+ years now and it's a great vpn. The support team has always replied promptly whenever I have an inquiry. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because there is currently no app offered for smart tv's. I have a Sony Android smart tv and while it has the Google Play Store built in, SurfEasy is not available for download. I've had to install and pay a separate monthly fee for another vpn provider just for my tv. It would be cheaper for me to go with just one provider, but I want to support a Canadian company and the app itself it great. Please consider making the vpn app available for smart tv's and Android boxes!

Absolutely awful. Used to be fairly solid and reliable. Nothing but issues with their service now. Very, very disappointed given I wanted to support a Canadian VPN company...and even though I've just been autobilled and paid for another year of service I've uninstalled it and moved on to another VPN provider.
