The most rude and unprofessional set of women work...

The most rude and unprofessional set of women working there that I ve ever seen. They make up their own answers to your questions, instead of finding out the actual problem. These women are too comfortable with their jobs and need a wake up call. Hopefully something can be done soon. No one deserves to be treated the way they treat customers.

Our water comes from Lorain, although we are Amherst Schools, Amherst mailing and Amherst Township. We're not sure how that happened when this neighborhood was developed. Our area was under contract with a set rate which was pretty high and that contract ended approximately 3 yrs ago, without Lorain agreeing to a new set rate. Our water rate has gone up 3 times, just this year 2017. Lorain residents pay about a third of what we pay monthly. So yeah, if a negative 10 rating were available, that's what they would be getting.

I spoke with Carmen, she was absolutely wonderful-...

I spoke with Carmen, she was absolutely wonderful- gave me all the information I needed and more. I call tons of water companies a day and she was very professional and pleasant. Wish we did more deals in Lorain so I could deal with her instead of other rude people.

They are unable to apply payments to your account ...

They are unable to apply payments to your account and claim it's overdue, even though funds have been transferred out of my bank account. The online payment portal does not work and it is impossible to get anybody on the line because a lot of people are having these issues in the beginning of the month. You cannot even get on hold because too many people call. You can leave a message, but you might as well save your time, because nobody calls back anyways. Highly frustrating, because not even the pay by phone option works.

I hate the fact that every month when I try to pay...

I hate the fact that every month when I try to pay my bill online or over the phone that the system is down or they can not find my account or something is wrong with my account, making me have to find time to drive down there during hours in which I work and have no time to do so....But they sure like raising prices every month or slapping on late fees when people can't access a way to pay their bills and this starts from the 1st of every month to the end of every month.....so tired of the crap..

Mary Lou was rude and didn't understand much. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she refused! There are two people in my home. How can my bill for water only.. No sewer or trash charge included be 156.00?their meter is broke and they refuses that to be a possibility.... House was built in 50's and still has the original meter!!!

Five stars for the lady I was speaking with!!! I called to see if there is an explanation why my water bill is so high. I was speaking with a very nice lady and I knew it wasn't her fault that Lorain Water Company is ripping people off. She was extremely courteous, polite, and professional even tho she didn't have the answers I was looking for. Lorain Water Company needs to pull their heads out of their derriere and fix the price gouging.

Plain out rude employees. Disrespectful, The amount on your bill is always all over. The place is never the same, no matter what time of the year it is. Did I mention the staff is completely rude and disrespectful?
