They are unable to apply payments to your account ...

They are unable to apply payments to your account and claim it's overdue, even though funds have been transferred out of my bank account. The online payment portal does not work and it is impossible to get anybody on the line because a lot of people are having these issues in the beginning of the month. You cannot even get on hold because too many people call. You can leave a message, but you might as well save your time, because nobody calls back anyways. Highly frustrating, because not even the pay by phone option works.
