Good hotel. Nice and attentive staff. I can only recommend. No parking .... you should only visit Amsterdam without a car - parking fees are very high.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, comfortable beds, great breakfast, the tram next to the hotel takes you into the city centre in less than 10 minutes. What more could anyone expect? Thanks for the nice stay!

Good hotel but the breakfast is pricey and somewhat limited compared to other hotels for that price.

Book this hotel only if you want to get sick. With 0 degrees outside they insist on keeping the air conditioning turned on with no possibility to turn it off or increase the temperature. A heater is a basic necessity in Europe but still They want you to have the air conditioning turned on. The floors are freezing so bring your slippers. The shower is literally inside the cold room so you can either take a cold shower in the middle of the winter or get a fever, your choice.
Update: I did bring this to the notice of your staff and still the room is cold. And trust me, 24.5 is not hot... I have a fever and a cold coz of this stupid system.

Great bar with various beers and good drinks. Very unique concept with showers being in the middle of the room. Little 'Gartenzwerge' are on sale in red and gold.

I love the IPad-controlled room. However, last time I got an IPad with a flat battery and broken charger.

Nice rooms but they don t change the sheets, they aren t cleaned and if they are they do they throw your tickets to plans you have for the next day. When I asked about what might have happened all I got a was shoulder shrug and an Im sorry. They also clean with their shoes off.

Great service super friendly staff which nothing is too much, and nice attention for our granddaughter whose birthday was a full decoration which was a nice surprise. Several times already done hotels which are 2x more expensive with half the service.
Also already done the citizen in Copenhagen which was also great.

If you want a hotel that appeals to you with Je instead of U, then this is the right hotel. Very modern & hip style, staff are closer to customers than you are used to. The rooms have a king size with TV that can be operated with an Ipad (also the skies and windows). Breakfast is not standard included in the price, but can always be booked. Regarding parking, it is paying up to 21H. Smorgends From 8H or 9H00 is paying if I am right.

Perfect place to stay, specifically it you're a solo traveller. Good food, nice vibe at the bar, quiet area for working, great bed and wifi.

Nice place near Zuid district of Amsterdam. Cosy rooms with Smart home facilities.

Everything is adjusted with a room-specific tablet, so for example. room lighting and air conditioning share well adjusted. The toilet and the shower are in their own modules in the middle of the room, but still work ok even if they sound funny. Breakfast is ok, although not as good as Finnish used to. Location good. Quiet. Staff friendly

Nice modern hotel. Quiet and cosy. The rooms are a bit cold, but everything is new and clean. The bed is huge but everything else in a room is quite compact. Ideal for business trips or travelling alone. Great location: the tram stop is nearby, and it's very convenient for a trip to/from the centre; Zuid train station is 6 minutes away.

Cool place for tech lovers, room controls via iPads, self check in and out via computer. Rooms are pod style with sliding curved glass doors for the shower and the toilet, very convenient location next to train station

Very modern. The rooms are small and reminiscent of a boats rooms but the bed is soft and nice and the rooms are modern and clean if cramped.

This place was amazing. We got to check in around 9am!! Yess! We had jetlag and was hoping to sleep. The people here were very nice and helpful. The rooms were cute and clean. I love the way you can use the tablet to run the room. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!!! Also, a 5 min walk from the train station!? Yes please. Fantastic. We look forward to coming here again!!!!!!!!

My wife and I are on a 3 day city break of Amsterdam and she refused to go unless we stayed here. Having been in citizenM Glasgow before we knew what to expect.
The hotel is lovely, staff are super friendly, the rooms are comfy and the shower is awesome.
We aren't big nightlife people so returning to our hotel for a drink and movie after a long day walking around was a must and in citizenM you get movies on the TV and they are usually pretty new however it wasn't as varied as Glasgow was.
This hotel isn't in the center of Amsterdam it's about 15/20 mins (by train) outside which suited us as it's quiet.
I recommend if your coming for a city break like us buy a GVB travel ticket allowing unlimited travel on Metro, trams and buses. Then it's just a quick nip on the metro and off at Zuid station and a 5 mins walk. There are a few places to eat around the hotel (including Starbucks and wagamamas) and plenty small shops for snacks. ATM located in the world trade center building.

Great hotel for business and you certainly get to know your partner if staying together. Nothing beats syncing your music to the room, turning shower lights to purple and having a true Purple Rain shower like a prince. Centraal is 10 mins tram away

Stylish hotel in a good location, close to the Amsterdam Zuid station. Shopping and restaurants closeby. Staff is friendly. The room itself looks like a spaceship and everything is controlled via an iPad. If you're sharing with someone you have very little privacy. Bed was very uncomfortable and you only get two pillows. Overall good but not sure I would stay here again.
