Everything is adjusted with a room-specific tablet, so for example. room lighting and air conditioning share well adjusted. The toilet and the shower are in their own modules in the middle of the room, but still work ok even if they sound funny. Breakfast is ok, although not as good as Finnish used to. Location good.
