We visited the shop on a Sunday and were treated extremely unprofessionally and rude by the receptionist. Despite being in the business of property and interior design she had no interest to give us access. After 15 minutes we finally got the access because she repeatedly gave us the wrong company email address. After a third time when I asked her to recheck the email address she apologised for given the wrong one. Overall her tone was very rude and abusive that I was shocked . We were there with three people and she asked us to only enter the house by a maximum of two people even though the show room was completely empty. Like you ask a dog to wait outside the door. Very disappointing experience and a shame to see that customers are treated like that.

Ridiculous company does not want to sell anything, wanted to choose furnishing for my 2 shops, but could not become a customer as we do not sell this furnishing!

My experiences with Diga Colmore have always been positive. Whether I came to the stand at Trends & Trade, at Tica in Aalsmeer or in Venlo at the company itself, the employees are always there for the customers. I would say that flexibility and customer focus is one of the spearheads of Diga Colmore. Everyone is always helpful and will always do everything in their power to provide customers with the right information. Experienced employees give very professional advice and ensure correct and fast handling.
The positive atmosphere in Venlo always makes shopping a pleasant experience.
This is of course all in addition to the beautiful collections and the constantly new supply of products!
Therefore, my 5 star rating for Diga Colmore.

Unimaginable bad service no one goes to the phone, the emails is never answered answered, if so come an incompetent Receptionisten to the phone can not answer. More than a week ago, I had 2 doors reserved for me with the request that I be sent an invoice via e.mail to transfer this online and confirm the purchase. Unfortunately, nothing came to me, what I am 3 times via e.mail the service employees, unfortunately in vain (see attachment). Then I turned to Mr. Dimitri and described my situation whereupon he told me "bad luck that's how it is with us.
I was stunned by this bottomless impudence.
I expect an attitude for your professional behavior.

This assessment is very easy. There's just nothing at Colmore that isn't there. A shopping paradise !!! We have to blame ourselves for the only flaw. We always drive home with more goods than we actually wanted to buy.
We would like to highlight Rasched Moussaoui from the always friendly and extremely helpful staff. He is our first point of contact on site, always in a good mood, on the spot immediately, and has extensive knowledge of his furniture and the entire range of goods. When it comes to transport and logistics, he has the best ideas and a knack for choosing the required van. When you go to Colmore, you do a lot of things right. Anyone looking for Rached there is doing everything right.
