I visited the casino but they only had slot machines. The 2nd level has games for kids. I would reccomend this place if you are with your family as the place is kids friendly

talented Circus act's with Lots of gaming options for both adults and children. Spacious rooms with large bathrooms. Convenient gift shop located in the lobby.
Great casino and hotel. Rooms have been refinished recently and updated a lot. Happy staff makes for a nice visit.
The midway seems to be the only good thing left here. Don't eat at the Americana ever. Buffet is ok, but silver legacy has better food options. Midway has the best shows and ticket to cost ratio. Toss quarters for faster animal trade ups at other games.
The most entertaining place to take kids in Reno. Really enjoy the game and entertainment.
A great place for the family. With the circus acts and game area a freat place for kids. Excellent dinning areas. And of course loose slots.
Went in just to have a little fun and waste time an be put in $6. Walked out with $44!!!
It's ok. Security is mostly nice to me. It's just a matter of always losing my money fast. It's never fun when the machine just takes everything all at once. And every time I go to the restroom there is an employee or a few that follow me in or are waiting for me. Doesn't matter if they just cleaned it or not. Doesn't matter what time day or night. I've been keeping a video log that is backed up automatically once I stop recording. So I'm going to be able to prove all of it every time I use the restroom it's recording.
The valet was quick but then we waited in line for 30 minutes just to check in. There were sticky spots on the desk in the room like it hadn't even been touched by housekeeping. The bed was stiff and uncomfortable. The room was pretty spacious and the bathroom was fine (although the coffee maker was in it). It took a long time to get our car back from valet when we checked out but that's understandable. All in all, it was an ok stay but I'll stay somewhere else next time we're in town.
Pretty nice stay, we decided to get adjoining rooms for 7 of us. It was great fun. We got new towels and easy access to ice in each hall. Check in went smooth. Great getaway. Never checked out the gym which I really wanted to though. Overall it was great.
I love the atmosphere here! The staff is nice, great selection of restaurants, and their performances are memorable!
The kids area is wonderful. They made grear improvements. The cut down the size. Of the performing "area" to one side instead of encompassing the entire "middle" which was a smart move. With the added space, they added more carnival type games, excellent move.
This place sure got a lot smaller since I was a kid. I can't tell you how lame it is.
Good place for kids to visit. Enough to entertain any kid and adult. Decor is still from the 90's like I remember it, but staff was friendly.
Excellent customer service. They want you to have fun!
Has everything, comfort, good food, location and lots to do. Most appreciated the honest staff for returning my gold earrings to me that I left in the room.
Met up with family for pizza at Circus Circus and really enjoyed my visit. Pizza was pretty good and there was arcade games for the kids to play. Everyone was happy! The area was maintained and family friendly.
I stayed here with the pep band for the Big Sky basketball tournament twice. For that, its proximity to the Reno Events Center is convenient. The rooms are good, reasonable as far as sound goes. (You'd have to try to be heard past the next room.) The staff seemed friendly enough, though I had little interaction with them.
If you are able to get what you are offered it is economical not too pricey the food might be a little salty you definitely need to speak with the server about is it too sweet too salty if you have allergies you need to make it very clear to them other than that you got the money to spend spend wisely have a good one bye
Best games and part of the row...the habit burger is a nice touch. Cheap and so so good.
Great place for kids and adults. It's a big place with lots of things to do
Amazing service and problem solving. Gave us upgrade because of an access issue.
Clean, mostly quite room. Fairly easy to navigate to/from casinos. Overall, very pleased.
Seems different now that I went as an adult. Seems like they got rid of a lot of the stuff for the kids and toned down the performances. But still a nice place to go to kill some time or spend with the kids.
The arcade area was super fun only issue is there were only 2 people working at the redemption area for the prizes and the lines were super long to redeem them.
Awesome place to stay and the rooms have been renovated!
Was relatively clean, nicely upgraded, and easy access to all the fun, bed is a bit Lumpy and thermostat wasn't that great.
What a fun place to stay and play. Plenty of stuff in and around the Circus to keep the kids occupied and interested.
They charge you $37 a night in surprise resort fees that aren't mentioned until you get there. And what do I get for that? No pool. No laundry room. Rude staff. The only thing "resort" about it is the gambling that you have to walk across the street for. Just go out of business.
Took the family to play some carnival games & arcade. The family live hanging out and happy they added a food quart near by. Wish they added better ramp locations for strollers/wheel chairs.
Best place to go and have fun stay and dine at the same time. Even play some slot machines
I got a huge daiquiri from Circus Circus. It was good. My little cousin enjoyed the arcade. I love that it's connected to silver legacy and El Dorado.
We loved it here. The live music was really good. We walked through the circus section and looked at all the games they had for kids and everyone. The gift shops were very nice. We found as few things that we took home as gifts. We gambled for a little while here. It was really nice. They braught us drinks and watched people dance and sing for a while. I would love to take the kids back for a fun weekend.
Playing at the Midway with family was fun. Watching the kiddos win prizes was great. The hotel was beautiful and so was the view!
Super clean machines. They clean it every hour it seems.
Rooms are dated. High amount of guest staying so elevators where packed it took approx 15m to get into an elevator that wasn't packed for my family of 5. The casino has a nice family friendly area for children.
We stopped by to eat at habit burger, and even though it is crowded due to the holidays, our visit was very enjoyable. At the midway, they do circus performances every 45 minutes, so we got to see that as well.
It's actually a really great place to visit good food good place to gamble nice staff good clubs good music and if your not into that it's a good place to people watch
A relaxing getaway. Midway games and live circus acts for the kid, who won a few prizes she liked, while we got to eat at several hotel restaurants. I recommend Pearl Oyster Bar.
Circus Circus is Circus circus...so much fun, too crowded, too expensive but you go anyway because it's a lot of fun.
Room was 50 bucks. So can't beat that. Upgraded tv and bed. Room was clean so nothing more to ask for. Went down to the casino with 20 bucks. Got a players card and it came with a free dinner credit. Ended up winning $180 on wheel of fortune slot and used my free dinner credit at the Habit. (Very good burger but the onion rings were amazing) So all in all a great stay
Really like this place. Great for families. I like that you can go to three different casinos and stay indoors. Lots to look at and enjoy. It's fun just to walk around and take in the atmosphere. Great food too.
Ugh it's Circus Circus. Been redone I think. Still getting around was confusing. Too much junk food not enough decent restaurants. Room was better than ok.
The interior of the building stinks. Decent Room For $50. This place is best-suited for millennials and children.
It was a fun stay. Some winnings some losses at the casino. Nice food court and gift shops. Rooms were nice and people were friendly
The rooms are updated and spacious and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It s perfect for the price point and in a good central location. We were only passing through so didn t have a chance to see the rest of the attractions in the hotel :)
We went to the arcade for my cousins birthday and he had a blast! He won a bunch or great prizes.
I love the casino for kids but the hotel is not very pretty :/
The little sports bar we were drinking at was pretty nice. The bartenders were very welcoming and we really had a good time.
Went with kids to the kids section, fun games... was very crowded.
This place is a lot of fun. After all these years they still have live circus acts every 45 minutes. Looks like they are safer circus acts, too! The carnival games are a hoot, and they have live people running them. There are arcade machines as well, so there's something for everybody. There are lots of food choices too. Great place!
Prices gone way up with almost no comps and all that changed is the food
So much to do. We are local to reno so we took our kids to see the circus show which was phenomenal. The kids had a great time.
Great place for families .....something for do for everyone and food galore......
Large arcade, carnival like area for kids and adults alike. Good family area.
Good price , mattresses a little hard but overall ok. Will stay here again. Only thing is that they should have more stuff geared towards children. More rides, but not too expensive. One dollar is a bit too much for a 10 second car ride
Went to the "food court" area and had pizza. It was really good and a decent price. Pizza was smaller than expected though.
Valet parked our truck a big mistake. our truck isn't beautiful but come on. filed a report and haven't heard anything from them. Never again! You can clearly see the new scratches and dents and the roof of the cab as well. do not allow them the opportunity to do this to your car. three other cars the same day it happened to us.
Located within The Row made it extremely easy for shopping, eating, gambling and socializing. Lots of popular night clubs and great crowds at night. Located right in downtown Reno made it easy to walk around and sightsee. Plenty of things to do within hotel and lots of restaurants. I would highly recommend Madam Buttersworth, amazing food and staff. Free self parking conveniently located across the street, connected my a walkway.
Rooms were ok, was personally not a fan of the bed [too hard for my comfort]. We originally went with a King size room reservation and were placed in a room with a handicap bathroom, very large bathroom for anyone needing wheelchair access but not what we were looking for, when asked to change rooms to what was originally booked we were told that booking descriptions aren't guaranteed and after going back a fourth for a while ended up getting a room with 2 queen beds since no other Kings were available just to have a normal bathroom. They have a go green option which saves you $30. This entails no changing of towels or sheets. What they don't explain is that the cleaning staff wont come into your room at all, too make bed or take out trash. We opted out of this option but somehow ended up with it and were not fans.
Hotel has a new makeover from the last time however service is horrible. Food court has 3 places to eat. Room service never arrived midway seems like a rip off for kids to win prizes no cash all card based now , no coupons or free play
Stayed in the North Tower and it was great! Friendly amd Helpful staff... Especially Ruben and Jay from the Bell Desk! They were AWESOME! Above and beyond the call of duty!
Like it but everyone was intensely staring and I didnt like it
I didn't stay at the hotel. But the ms butterworth cafe had great breakfast. The arcade was amazing. Had so much fun. And it's nice the do acrobatic shows in the arcade.
Excellent Rich Bell captain very friendly very helpful very prompt room check-in quick & efficient. Only complaint no directory in room it was a very long walk to any restruant. Had a handicap person & if had know it was such a long distance would have called for a wheelchair. & S directory would have been a great help
I loved to go there because I got to see my friend that loves near there and I love far and I got to see him :)
Went to the arcade with my nephew and his girlfriend. We had a wonderful time didn't even see the casino part. The acts are on a small stage now. Great place for a couple hours of fun without gambling!
Room was very nice, pizza in the food court was way better than I thought it was going to be.
Great price, kid friendly, let us pick what floor we wanted our room on. Clean rooms. Smart TV with in room video and room service options etc.we will be returning soon.
Was a great time to take my little guy but their show times that were posted were wayyy off and we didn't get to see any performances :(
Rooms were clean but not too of the line. Best western is better in my opinion. There were issues with the elevators that made for a long wait to get back up to my room. Wish they would have told me of the ongoing problem when the asked if I wanted a lower floor or an upper floor. 23 flights is to far for a two and five year old. We ended up waiting as long as 30min to get an elevator. Place was huge otherwise with fun games for the kids, bars, many restaurants and cool showes.
This casino is so much better than it was in the 90s. More food options, remodeled rooms, midway has a real stage now, and it caters to the kids while you're out enjoying your vacation
We had fun killing some time in the early evening. Played some games at the Midway and then headed downstairs to the Casino. Nice place, not too crowded. We will be back :)
Good cleen rooms affordable prices and offers a lot of vriatey of activities from gambling to one of the best arcades for the kids
Good location, EV friendly. Good place to enjoy some time. Circus shows daily as well
Circus Circus is an awesome place for the whole family, the kids can go play in the arcade and watch circus acts!! And mom and dad can gamble, you can eat in the fine dining places, there is non-smoking sections. Handicap parking, valet parking, wheelchair accessible. Friendly environment. Restrooms also there is a Motel very nice rooms.Downtown Reno Nevada!!!
A great place to bring the family. Lots of stuff for the kids to do didn't get a chance to explore the casino but you've seen one you've seen them all. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the Reno area.
Someone was murdered while I stayed there but other than that super friendly staff and good food options
Exercise room seems left over from the 70s. As does most of the hotel. The room was spacious enough and the bed was comfortable but the decor seemed lost and the middle of the night noises were profuse and disruptive. I would not recommend staying here unless an ugly nostalgia motivated your desire to throw away a decent chunk of change.
We stayed here for 4 nights during Hot August Nights and the check in was terrible and was difficult to fix any issues. We were put in the wrong tower away from our group and the front desk gentleman was very rude. The manager would not even come out and deal with us which was ridiculous. The cost during this time period is crazy and I think they could have been more attentive and helpful. As far as the hotel rooms, gaming and food places were all amazing and that s why they got 3 stars.
Great place! Very good service and the room was very nice
