Great venue except parking lot are too fast from entrance

Was passing through Round Rock on my way to Houston and had always wanted to see the track as well as buy some souvenirs. Tried calling the number several times but kept getting an automated switchboard. Dialed the extension for tickets, but it told me to go to Ticketmaster. Called a couple other extensions only to get recordings. Finally, dialed the operator as an option and got hold music indefinitely. I looked on their FB page, Twitter, etc. but couldn't find any hours for the place so I jumped on 290 outside Round Rock and went to Houston. Don't waste your time with this place, they clearly don't care about their customers!

The whole parking situation had me confused but that was probably my fault. Otherwise great track.

I love this place.
When I went on a tour of the place I got to see a race car and go on top of the tower.

F1 races are awesome. Easy to get to. Play hell getting out though. They lock all but 1 gate and if you miss it you have to elk all the way around the outside of the facility, toy won't have any landmarks to tell you when or which road to take to the buys that takes you back to Austin parking.

We love coming out to COTA! We are blessed to have this neat facility this close to us!

Excellent place to watch some good racing and have quality time with family and friends

The owners treat fans as nothing more than cash machines. No outside food, even for people with restricted (medically specified) diets, no outside drinks, no shade structures, no blankets, no come and go parking, hugely overpriced parking, tiny closed circuit tv and then ONLY for the paid extra grandstand seats (where you STILL need binoculars to read what's on them), TERRIBLE disability access, security which treats the fans like felons, loud speakers which are unintelligible, crazy overpriced food, and on and on and on.

We will NOT be returning, ever, until owners change and/or start treating fans like the life blood of the track that they are!

Food and drinks are overpriced, as expected. Seems like every event has different rules regarding bags, blankets, etc.

This is no where near the level of the trail of lights. The skating ring is that plastic stuff that barely works. The train is not on tracks. The lights are basically light pictures spread out 50 feet apart over 8 miles. Not worth 16 dollars a person. Not even close

Planning an outing for a conference next year. It should be a blast.

Everytime we have a blast! The staff and parking attendants are surprisingly friendly! Usually at these sorts of establishments you run into quite a few employees that you can tell are just not happy people. The sound over at turn 4 seems to be something to be desired but ultimately, the place is amazing!

Did the Audi experience and had a blast. The R8 is a monster.

Run by amateurs. The place feels like they ran out of money while building it. No designated walking paths from parking. Parking and traffic design was done by morons. Never returning.

The best race of Formula 1 ... you can walk through everything ... fantastic. Park at the bottom of Turn 9 and enjoy the entire circuit. Take the grandstand from # 6 and stay wherever you want on the lawn.

Overpriced beers, concrete jungle. Sounded great for a concert, but it was an all day deal and the concrete just added to the heat and misery.

Great track and an awesome city! Austin Rocks! Short Uber ride from downtown.

Very cool venue! We saw a concert here. Sounds was good and it was laid out very well. Nice food area, easy to get to drinks, and never a long wait for bathrooms. What else do you need?

Good sound and great view ftom the seats. Drinks and food are expensive. Traffic control was efficient.

A must see of the Austin area. For fans of F1 this is hallowed ground, being the only F1 track in the US.

This place rocks! Great venue for racing, music, zip lining, food, and spirits. Great staff. We love it hear.

I'm am sharing this review as a review of cars and coffee at COTA. As far as location this is the best place ever. What a wonderful idea it was to start hosting it there. It is a sight to be seen for sure on Cars and Coffee bucket list. There is an endless supply of new and older care there with long stretches of revs throughout. Only had one annoying person there and with the size of the place I was amazed. It is highly organized and executed perfectly. Will consider other COTA events as a result.

What an experience seeing the cars go that fast. I ve never seen machines move that fast it s really something it s just unbelievable. how cool that we have something like this in our own town people travel from all over the country and world just to see this and it s right in our own backyard gotta love it.

Went go-karting here on one small corner of this massive piece of land. Fast & Fantastic! Then we drove around to see the corners of the main track. Such an experience! They were testing high-performance vehicles that day!

It's a fun track, but one that has gotten a little rough over the last few years.

Best race track for karting in the US. Their staff is an incredible group of people! Where grown ups can go and drive like teenagers... and a place where teenagers can go and learn how to become better drivers. Great place for family outing.

Was at COTA for the F1 in October. The organization here is fantastic and everything ran very smoothly.

Fantastic venue to watch MotoGP - the grounds are great, the track amazing, and on a beautiful day the entire experience is awesome. Whether you are in GA or seats on the turns, you can t go wrong at COTA.

MotoGP, F1, and so many concerts playing at this venue. There is ample parking and shuttles for those that don t want to walk. Plenty of food amenities and beverage dealers as well.

What a great place. I am amazed everytime I come here. It is truly an amazing place to see a concert, a major race, or even an open admission race. They have so much more than you realize. Check out the website to see all the great races and events.

Sometimes the events really have it together, sometimes not. You're not going here without spending $100. Parking can be quite a pain. Food and drinks are pretty expensive. The track is pretty cool, and most of the races are fun. They definitely need more shade from the sun.

Tremendous place, huge dimensions and definitely great range of things to do, specially on an F1 weekend.

World class motorsport from the Tilkedrome. Great viewing from T1 or T15 grandstands

This is a really great track. Lots of elevation changes and corners, lots of good photo spots. I really like the walk ways that you can go over the track. It gives a great view. I would recommend this track to anyone.

The Sunday events were GREAT... I just wonder why the staff ejected us from the grounds during a lightning and rain storm, instead of providing us shelter. The parking lot is quite a distance and yet, they thought it best that we make a run for our cars in the midst of that crazy storm. Not sure that was the best plan. We already waited close to an hour just to get in, due to some earlier weather issue. We were only inside for maybe an hour, before they sent us back out.
Because of that, we were soaked, and didn't want to stick around for the qualifying.
The weather was beautiful on Sunday, and we enjoyed the races.

Awesome track, outrageously priced. Don't even think about food or drink without taking out a loan first.

Love the Atmosphere of COTA... though can't seem to beat Texas Heat, needs more shady areas.

Get. There. Early. Don't bother bringing any chairs with legs. Unless you're super short, relatively good seating from any spot.

I always love going here for shows! It pays to pay for the premium parking as well. Not a lot of nice Austinites are residing in the area but the staff and music played at the venue is always great. Maybe just overpriced alcohol lol. The lawn is a great time for big groups who just want to relax, drink and hang out.
