Very Turin. I recommend it for an aperitif and if you want to bring a guest to an original place. I haven't tried the restaurant yet

A warm and welcoming environment. A club where you can be immersed in culture and art, music and coffee!
The noble palace contains all a particular beauty already disruptive in the access stairway. The entrance is always open to everyone, just dial the code indicated on the intercom: you do not need invitations to enter. Particularly sumptuous ballroom but also the other rooms are very well kept. First cooking, rich brunch
A different place than usual. Historic building with atmospheric rooms, very popular in the evening, suggestive basement restaurant, average quality dishes and consequent prices.
One of my favorite places in Turin. Whether for studying or reading, for a coffee or for a brunch, the Club is a magical place, where you can breathe the air of other times and where you can meet the most varied kinds of person. There are the students, the madamias in a knot that read poems aloud, some children running around and the old men dozing on the sofas; all in the splendid setting of Palazzo Graneri della Roccia.
Charming place, service and cuisine that pamper the lucky patrons
A decidedly suggestive place and seat of cultural meetings and initiatives.
On the first floor of a prestigious Turin building, along the monumental staircase that leads to the prestigious Circle of Turin readers, this treasure trove of flavors and refinements opens up.
Few tables, comfortable and reserved, surround the customers, the friendly and competent service, both make it a pleasure to spend an evening there.
Good event organization. The toilets are not up to par. There is no clothes hanger in the bathroom and there is no attention ... Broken containers ...
Divine experience of poetry in an atrocious reality
beautiful and historic location. great reception service is all very nice both at the bar but above all at the restaurant with traditional dishes slightly revised according to the season. All really great with excellent service. advice for both family and representative dinners to look great !!
Beautiful location .... historic and impressive beautiful cultural events and excellent restaurant service
Wonderful restaurant. Inside a historic building with period ambiance. The waitress was fantastic, explaining the menus and dishes and recommending a great Nebbiolo at great cost and similar in quality to a Barolo. Impeccable service, quiet atmosphere and tasty and well prepared food, including covert breads. Certainly one of the best restaurants on the trip. For a complete meal with wine expect to pay around 100 euros.
Place of culture. Interesting conferences are held and if you want you can enjoy excellent cuisine
The brunch is a total scandal. A pure robbery. The selection of the food is so minimal that you barely find 2 hot dishes.
Boiled eggs, pieces of cheese, salad, some hams, almost no bread... for desserts the most cheaper corn flakes, 2 cakes dry and tasteless, a fruit salad. 20 per person, excluding water (bottled) and coffee.
There are so many places out there.
The staff didn t shine for empathy nor great service.
The rooms and the location is old, ok, nice, but not clean.
I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
Always an interesting place for conferences but also a place to meet and discuss with interesting characters from the world of city culture
Beautiful locstion free wifi excellent restaurant very friendly and professional staff
One of my favorite spots in Turin. Every piece of the building tells a story. This is definitely a hidden gem
A beautiful place to hang out, have spritz and relax. It's beautiful, you can easily imagine intellectuals of Torino's past sitting there discussing important matters, or the rebels plotting against the monarchy. Definitely worth the visit.
wonderful place to read together and follow interesting conferences.
Very special location and unique atmosphere, dishes of the highest level at more than affordable prices, classy service even for lunch.
Historic building with rooms that leave you speechless. Excellent organization of meetings and book presentations.
Very nice venue, interesting program, excellent attached restaurant
Particularly interesting is the program carried out by the Square of Culture, dedicated to the history of art, one meeting per week usually on Thursdays.
Visited on Saturday 16th September: business dinner. On the occasion of the visit of an important executive, we had dinner in this restaurant. Impeccable service, staff absolutely up to par, good choice of wine. The environment is certainly of a good standard without exceeding in luxury. I was not particularly satisfied with the preparation of the dishes. Some were very good: a 10's priest's hat, but the pepperoni sandwich with cheese sauce or the agnolotti del plin, below expectations (mine, of course). Take my review for what it is: the simple opinion of a Sunday gourmet :-)
Menu with research and harmony of tastes and colors. Refined and quiet place, the young guy who served us with a radiant and very professional smile
It is practically home. A place of the heart, in which to read, study, participate in reading groups and meetings, enjoy a nice coffee in a historic building in Turin.
Inside a splendid "Baroque" building.
Very popular with young people.
Some rooms dedicated to the presentation of young novice writers.
A very well run bar.
An ancient restaurant: the "Tampa", so called because it is located below, frequented in the past by famous people who have left their presence here.
Beautiful rooms that, unfortunately, I found a little dilapidated and dirty.
Charming and ideal place for a break, even for lunch
Great place to explore different themes, informal but serious
An exceptional place to meet the best personalities of the city and beyond
A lovely place .... Wonderful, qualified and very kind staff
beautiful historically interesting building. nice conference and good buffet
A wonderful place, you can breathe an air of passion for knowledge. I was very impressed, recommended
Enchanting location, always interesting organized events.
Very cozy decadent place. Disappointing coffee shop.
Excellent place, located in the historic area, not far from the city center, it adapts to the civil context that deals with current issues.
Really nice bare where to stay, really good cooking but a bit overpriced! Still I recommend it for everybody
Excellent dinner, elegant venue, slightly slow service
Sumptuous palace that hosts meetings and conferences of high culture and interest
Fantastic in every way, food was wonderful, service perfect, surroundings beautiful.
Very suggestive location. Cozy in the furnishings, a little less than the operators who perform the service inside it.
The building and the rooms are very beautiful. Bright rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. An oasis of city chaos. Enjoyable lunch. All well cooked with quality raw materials. Efficient and helpful staff. Fair average prices for the location and fresh food. To make a stop.
Aesthetically very beautiful, not very functional for business meetings. Large room not heated adequately and inadequate technological support (4: 3 screen)
Very nice local. Fabulous location for meetings, staff not very attentive to service.
Obviously, what about a cultural center. Speak for itself
Such a perfect place to study to have coffee/lunch besides there are many cultural evsnts which can be followed at their website
Visiting the Club is a cultural and historical experience not to be missed. Better yet, attend one of the many events.
A great place to listen to your favorite author, read, sip a cup of tea, take part in a Sunday brunch, all in an elegant place of the past, with beautiful rooms.
Beautiful and chic place where to be with friends, listen to writers, read books and if you want eat something good.
A place where time has stopped, where history is also in the walls!
Characteristic environment, courteous staff and excellent cuisine!
Beautiful place on a structural level, good literary choice, but enough with the daily market that trims you any, it looks like a supermarket on sale
Cultural club located inside a splendid period building. The conferences and performances are always of a high standard and inspiring. Excellent coffee shop. The only negative note: the chairs are really uncomfortable
Housed in the sumptuous Palazzo Graneri della Roccia, dating back to the late 17th century, the Circolo dei Lettere represents a unique place of its kind in Italy: combining the offer (for the most part free) of cultural meetings on the key issues of our time, from the quality of the press to the relations between populism and democracy, from creeping anti-Semitism to the European Union to the provision of spaces for study (rather narrow, to tell the truth), passing through catering and entertainment. Definitely perfectible, but an inevitable institution in the cultural panorama of Turin.
Interesting center visited during the crime festival
Certainly great for studying, it is still a bit expensive
cultural book salon home to many presentations of newly published books by authors. nice atmosphere
