PPPL grows out of Project Matterhorn in the 1950s ...

PPPL grows out of Project Matterhorn in the 1950s and achieved it's acme with TFTR (Tokamak Fusion Test Reactor) in the 1980s. Staff average age is ~55yo with an exaggerated sense of entitlement. Leftover from TFTR heyday they count the hours til retirement under the cover of a "black budget" DOD mission. Citing dangerous environmental safety and health and shoddy, antiquated engineering practices prompted immediate termination via email without notice or warning, followed by 24/7 harassment with directed energy weapons assault and organized stalking. Princeton University should sever ties with this white elephant to preserve institutional integrity.

PPPL is a good place for learning and research. They also manage good programs of public reaching. The comment by Google user "Jude Saint" says that PPPL is a "white elephant" and it is doing bad things to the environment. It's totally not talking about the truth. Labs like PPPL are doing not only tests and experiments as in the mind of "Jude", but more importantly they are doing theoretical research on the fundamental properties and mechanisms of plasma and other physical systems. The research contributes to our understanding of the world, helping us try to solve the energy crisis problem. A Princeton University without PPPL would be less influential in physics. Yes, PPPL looks old in hardware, not shiny, but that's not the reason to shut it down, instead, the reason to make it more energetic and young.
