We will never go back. The Turin Book Fair will also be 31 years old but in terms of organization it is scandalous! Last year we risked not to enter, nobody who signaled you the entrance for those who had made the online ticket "skip the line". Then fortunately thanks to some people the passage was found. This year even better, arrived at the Lingotto square, the queue was already starting from the exit of the subway, no one giving you directions, all in a row who with the online ticket who with the ticket still to do, so without barriers to delimit, a very long snake, where in addition to not understanding where he was going, he was not even moving. We should have done two hours and more, given the continuous flow that came, under the sun despite having the famous ticket skip the line. But I wonder, with all the young people out for a walk, to take a fair number to give precise indications and to check that the flow was correct and not in the wild!?!?! Dear Turin show, goodbye! Milan will also be in its infancy, but zero queues and this year the "Tempo di libri" has done well. Turin 31 years and old age can be seen! Thank God in the city there is much more and better !!!

The Turin International Book Fair is a unique experience. Moreover, the cost is ridiculous and if you buy online, there is no queue at the ticket office. Prepare the appointments you don't want to give up by organizing the visit from home. Bring a trolley or backpack for purchases !! Do not bring bottles of water that security takes out of your bags before entering. Magnificent! Unbeatable! Only in Turin!

The International Book Fair of Turin is a unique experience not to be missed, very rich in essential events, even if the organization is to be reviewed in many places (entry of professionals at least at 9.30 and not at 10.00 as the public, insert more appointments in open spaces like the arena, etc.) you can bring small bottles of water in plastic 50cl., small umbrellas, cameras also reflex, absolutely forbidden glass bottles, cans, cans, etc.

The International Book Fair is at the Lingotto from the metro terminus. It is in its 31st edition and I confirm, there are always people. Luckily I had 2 tickets given by my elder cousin ... I now know the Lingotto well even if it is on the other side of the city!

Wonderful experience !!! Almost every year I visit this marvel of event and never disappoint me. Then more so than last year I went as the author of my book "the last sun" and so it also brought me luck. Books are my sense of life and how I could live without it. The book fair is a perfectly organized event. You can spend the whole day in the company of culture and get home richer than ever and happy to know that the world does not end before our eyes.

It is the most important cultural event in terms of books and ideas. It takes place every year in Turin, in the large Lingotto exhibition area. Hundreds of publishing houses are present with books published during the year and with their own editorial novelties. The appointments with the authors are the best and most interesting part of the show. Every day, in the various collective rooms, there are also dozens of lectures on topics that relate to the major themes that make up the theme for that year. Radio Rai broadcasts its most successful radio programs from Turin during the Salone.
