Great place to relax, work and meet interesting people
I was at the presentation of Monica Cerruti's book, in which she also talks about my story. Very cozy place.
An incredible place especially if you think that it is totally aimed at public use by those who want to study or simply gather in reading. A nineteenth-century setting that allows you to immerse yourself in a meditative atmosphere of other times where scientific and humanistic study were exalted with pure and illustrative reason.
Wonderful location! Bar and services inside, full of cultural events! To visit!
A place of culture par excellence, books are presented, ideas are discussed, thinkers and artists of all trends are hosted, it opens up to spirituality .... each person can find a meeting, an initiative that interests them and stimulates them to improve. Despite the difficult times, everything is free, whoever wants and who can subscribe a card (with the right to reserve a seat), but it is not compulsory. Excellent cafeteria and restaurant, free spaces also for personal reading and study.
There is something for everyone!
Reading groups, insights, studies, guests: a guarantee!
Beautiful place with incredible interiors. It s like being in another era. Totally recommended.
I have always frequented the circle of readers to study in a quiet and welcoming place where it was also possible to use the bar service. You can enjoy beautiful rooms that will take you back in time. Unfortunately the club opens at 9.30am so if you were very early risers it wouldn't be ideal for breakfast. I had the chance to attend a private event recently and it was great: great courtesy and attention from the staff and quality of food offered.
It is a beautiful and surprising place ... yes, you can work on your charming wooden tables with wif.
C and il.bar is also the possibility to have lunch. Aweson
We came to Stefani Fanti on a friends recommendation and were a bit surprised. The Restaurant is quite hidden away and the doorman was on his phone so we made 3 rounds before we realised we needed to speak to him to get inside.
The Staff was really friendly and I think they felt a bit sorry for us because we looked quite lost in this restaurant. It is more an exqusite club then a restaurant.
The food and wine were amazing, eventhough a bit more on the pricier side.
Excellent organization but the cafeteria is not up to par for the somewhat confused service
A place with a unique charm where on average very interesting and in some cases extremely stimulating events are held.
A magical mix that we Turinese can be proud of and that all tourists should know!
Relaxing environment in a historic building, where they organize presentations of interesting books
The culture at hand with a modest sum can be accessed by listening to conferences and getting to know the author being talked about. Interesting.
The Circolo dei Lettere of Turin, in addition to being an extremely comfortable and welcoming place, offers multiple refreshment activities for the intellect. Participating in the first edition of the Classic Festival is a unique opportunity of its kind that bodes well for the future of the study of the Classics to be able to read and interpret the present and move towards the future.
Excellent place, quiet and beautiful, for a coffee and reading ... of course.
Poetic place. Reconcile good thoughts and good ideas.
Excellent wedding lunch, perfect times and all delicious. Bring right, with impeccable service. Piedmontese cuisine with gourmet class, in a classy room and perfect setting
That nineteenth-century atmosphere that is increasingly difficult to find. Art and culture of food in a single solution
we had a fabulous dinner, excellent quality and service and excellent wines
A magical place .. between books, authors and artists
The most pleasant cultural meeting point in Turin and a stately place with its baggage of history and magic. The aperitifs are also good .. a pity for the lack of a good craft beer on tap
And very special, attraction and enjoyment for those who love art ... I do not recommend it to everyone.
Pretty luxurious environment and very interesting cultural events
Very nice location but personal to the rude welcome and very dirty bathrooms
The place is nice and pretty well kept with friendly staff, the only HUGE flaw is the music coming from the bar that invades all the rooms. Classic rock'n'roll and related music that disturbs relentlessly and totally ruins the atmosphere. Sin.
Cozy coffee spot in Torino, silent and beautiful. Good to have that meeting or work on your projects
Beautiful building, very varied and pleasant events but sometimes dramatically disorganized in the management of the entrances. It is still worth a look if you spend some time in Turin.
Always excellent writers. Too bad the incomprehensible, verbose and out of context of the usual gentleman who then not happy says that the disputed book has not read it
To see and stop for a while reflecting on the quality of life of our times ..
A great place to read in peace and lectures with leading writers, ready to give explanations and exchange views on the books they have written, on the issues that led them to become writers and much more. There are also a multitude of rooms each dedicated to a different activity (music room, Chinese living room, room for readers, room for discussions on a book among readers ...)
This place is hidden and very unique. They also make great cocktails for apertivo.
Always interesting conferences, accompanied by the possibility of dining in an excellent restaurant
Usual disorganization on the occasion of events not well evaluated in their resonance already in the monthly planning phase ...
Elegant spaces, dedicated to cultural initiatives of various kinds
One of the pillars of Turin culture, hosting events of various kinds almost every evening, with guests and dialogue with the public. There are beautiful reading rooms where you can sit and enjoy a book in complete tranquility. The bar offers a selection of aperitifs that highly exceed the city average in quality.
A Superb place open to the public for free. Interesting and free meetings, which are often organized, an indoor bar with classy service, an enchanting space in terms of furnishings and style.
Too cold, and swollen and redundant at the same time, a badly done baroque.
Space for various conferences, presentation before going to print for various events
I was expecting a more hospitable place than commercial, but that's not the case. It's a bit of a hipster bar-restaurant: D Very nice location and interior
Beautiful 'secret' place in Turin. You go up a wonderful staircase to enter a series of large rooms that exude history furnished with wisdom between tradition, ethnicity and design. There is a good bar and the sweet, muffled air of Turin cafes. Ideal for a break that restores body and soul
A point of reference for high level cultural events, I hope to return soon!
Interesting conferences in the heart of a beautiful building!
Excellent lunch in a historical setting of the Turin baroque.
Perfect place to spend a couple of hours of healthy mental relaxation or to participate in one of the many cultural initiatives
Cozy place in a wonderful historic building, many interesting encounters with writers, too bad not to have time to attend it more often!
Palace in the heart of baroque Turin, particularly well preserved and maintained. Presentations of books by important and novice authors are held.
Restaurant, bar and many rooms for events and readings. A place out of time, incredibly fascinating.
Beautiful initiatives, very interesting conferences, all in a breathtaking historic building
Beautiful environment where the mixture of culture theater music literature mixes a late 18th century environment where you can indulge in taking beautiful photos excellent the bar where you can refresh your palate beautiful beautiful to try
Stunning venue, with slightly to be desired acoustics and not enough seating, at least at the book presentation I attended
It is a very elegant club. It is very well managed and the book presentation rooms are well laid out.
A fascinating place for its history and the Risorgimento class it emanates. A little too restaurant in the olfactory perception.
Tutto meraviglioso. Il Barney's mi sta molto antipatico.
Historical or Turin building very appreciable for how it is kept and used. It is worth a visit
Stunningly great food, curiously eccleclectic atmosphere (but in a great way). You'd be crazy not to come here when in Torino.
