I took a look at the new ES, starting from the fact that it was much too loud and it already hurt my ears, it is nowhere near as good as the old one. Too exaggerated. it was clear some things should be left as they are and not always trying to make something new

Best Cineplexx I know next to the Village Kino.
Rooms very modern and clean.
The ambience was great and, above all, great with the games room.
The toilet facilities were always very clean compared to other cinemas.
Staff very friendly and helpful and also quick.

Yesterday visit, very long line. At least 15 people. The queue seemed to be moving very slowly until not at all, as we went back down to buy something, we were told that the counter is already closed, although it was still staffed. We drove up again and lined up again.
Since the movie could start any moment, I sent my companion so that at least HE did not miss the beginning. After I finally went and then went into the hall, I missed a few minutes from the movie start !!
That could have been avoided if there had been more than two cash registers open, the third employee would have taken care not only of cleaning the machines but more of the line, and tens of employees instead of going back and forth to the two colleagues behind the counter would have supported !!
Maybe you should rethink the system ... we go to the cinema 3-4 times a month but in the future no longer in this!
Incidentally, I got an AW, the same of an automated answer - 0815!

Cinema is fine, only with difficulty that there is no seating or storage facilities for drinks. Strangely, each time a new card is solved, because the "old" does not work. It's great that parking is free with the visit to the cinema, at least for a while.
