Worth Harley-Davidson Review

Great people I took their beginner riding course and I have to recommend it to anyone looking to get into riding. They do an amazing job helping you to understand what goes in to roding and equips you with the skills needed to succeed. The course instructors...Woody and Curtis did a great job showing us how to safely operate a motorcycle. You cant go wrong making this choice.

I so loved the harley Davidson store. Though the prices of the products are too high but they are all worth it. The store is a friendly store we can feel like are just walking in the living room.

Dropped my 2013 Road Glide off for the front wheel bearings to be changed. Did a good job, fast turn around. Terrible customer service!! Just like any HD dealer they wash your bike when service is complete. All electronics worked before they touched my bike. Now I don t have any blinkers. Spoke with the service manager about this new issue and was told to go pound sand. Blinkers have nothing to do with the wheel bearing replacement. I agree completely, however when washing my bike they soaked my front fairing and shorted out the blinkers. They refuse to do anything about it. Do yourself a favor and go to any HD dealer in the KC area because this place only wants your money!! Service manager said they would be happy to look into the new issue at $110 an hour plus parts. Both saddle bags had water in them as well.

Great place and people that got the Sale done in a timely manner and was able to stay within our Budget !

I live in California and went to Kansas city to visit my brother. While in Kansas city we went to Worth Harley Davidson, and the people was very welcoming; specially Paul Panos who made our time very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable about bikes and the city. I am looking forward to go back to Missouri and visit Worth Harley again (we got nothing like it here in Cali).

Beware of their contracts...make sure to read them and dont trust the F&I guy. I got the prepaid maintenance then moved 1000 miles away. Now the maintenance I paid for is useless to me and they wont cancel the plan and refund my money. Now I am out over $2000

Love bike night BUT my guy and I ordered food last night and 30 mins later still nothing - but the guy just kept saying give us a min - come to find out someone grabbed our order so may I suggest one of those red number signs to say which order is up ? It's hard to hear the guy - even when the band's not playing !

I tried to go to this shop during a recent coast to coast motorcycle trip, but unfortunately got there on the one day of the week when they are closed. But, I called... and got just FANTASTIC help from a wonderful lady named Emma! She bent over backwards to help me order two t-shirts....texting me photos of the choices and making recommendations.....it was as if I had a "personal friend" who worked there. Thanks to Emma, I was able to order the two exact shirts I wanted, and got them shipped where they needed to go.......AND I NEVER EVEN SET FOOT IN THE STORE! My hat is off to this fine young lady for her excellent service. If you're in Kansas City, drop on in to Worth HD...these folks are awesome!

Awesome friendly people! We were visiting KC for a long weekend. Whenever we travel we always pop into Harley stores. This one tops them all with customer service! Mary is a doll...took my husband on a tour of the store while I shopped around, the she gave us tokens for free bbq lunch at their awesome food joint right there on site. Ribs and burned ends were fantastic, not to mention the slaw and beans. Seriously wonderful place! Next time we head to KC Worth HD will be on our "must do"! Thank you Worth HD in KC, everyone we talk to will know about you!

Attended Bike Night for some excellent country music and pulled pork!

I love bike night! So many people... Great live music, yummy munchies. You can buy alcohol or not.... Kids pets all types of people and bikes.... Definitely WORTH checking it out at least once

We cannot thank Worth Harley Davidson enough! We looked at bikes at other dealers only to be given the bait and switch and the run around. Worth handled everything via phone and text. Everything promised was delivered. They didn't try to upsale us, stayed in our budget and we have a beautiful bike!! The moment we walked in the door we were greeted, made comfortable, shown around and when we saw our bike, we were blown away! We were thrilled. It exceeded our expectations. We've purchased 2 bikes from them within the last year. They were respectful, fair and treated is like family. A year later they still tell us hi and remember our names when we're in the store. The HOG group is top notch and welcomes us in all their activities. A great group of people and in glad to be a part of their family.

Rode in on my Goldwing, was not shamed and rode out with annual inspection. 30 minutes and I was back on the road.

Lots of in stock parts & accessories, good clothing. A little pricey though. They had items in stock for a 2015 limited when none of the 2 other local dealerships didn't, ( in the Kansas City area).

Worth-strike three. Tuesday they picked up my bike for service, Thursday rolls around and no service call from Worth as to the status. So I call to talk to service guy (let's say Matt) who complains to me about why i scheduled 20k checkup when they don't have gaskets in stock. By the way, the gaskets won't be in till Tuesday. So plan on 7-days without your bike if you want a 20k checkup. Their so called deals are NOT worth it.

Well I absolutely love it the best motorcycle I've ever owned but I did not like how they added the maintenance package into the deal I really didn't have a chance to deny it it was already done I wish I would have had the chance and they didn't offer to roll it into my loan I'm just saying that cuz I heard it on the radio that's that's what happened

Great, friendly dealership open 7-days-a-week with BBQ on-site Thursday through Sunday and frequently hosts a band in the outdoor event center. Huge motorcycle selection with friendly sales team. Good parts department. Typical HD clothes/gear selection in the motorclothes dept.

In the summer, Thursday Night Bike Night is awesome with band, BBQ, and all makes of motorcycles in attendance.

If you're not into motorcycles, don't be afraid to stop for the band and BBQ in the summer (you can check their website to see when they're hosting a band.) The BBQ team has great burnt ends (if they don't run out, of course.)

I'm not going to lie, I was dragged to bike night with my friend, went into it with a bad attitude because I would have rather been at the bar--- but turned out to have the best time! The worth girl Raina really turned it around for me with her bubbly personality. I will definitely be coming back!

LOVE getting together with my friends, then watching my friends play in their awesome bands! Great beer, food & lots of fun, always! :-)

Great place. Lots of bikes to buy. Huge inventory of new bikes. Great bike nights with great bands. Good cheap food on bike nights, great BBQ, too. Friendly staff. Great parts guys and service people. Wouldn't go anywhere else for a bike or a bike night.

This is the dealer to buy your bike from and get it serviced. They will also give you a fair price on your trade, even non-Harley trades! I normally don't buy anything extra when I finance but there's great value in the maintenance plan that includes tires!!! I hate buying tires. Plus, they will pick up your bike for service if you have the plan. Cool! They have a riders course out back so I took my skilled riding class at a discounted price and saved money on my insurance (and learned some skills).

I've been a national HOG member for 15 years and never joined a chapter because it seem like my thing. Well, I'm a member of Worth's Chapter and I've enjoyed two rides in 6 weeks with another one coming up this weekend. The New Rider Rides are a great way to meet the members. The chapter is well organized with rides or gatherings for rides happening every summer weekend.

The Bike Nights and Sunday concerts are great, cheap fun!!! They got me looking at the new Rushmore Bikes. They are the best HD's ever! Go check them out at Worth. They have a huge selection and will work to make you happy.

Super friendly staff who does try to sell you a bike (which is their job), but they accept "no thanks" as an answer without high pressure sales tactics.

I love it and I absolutely love my coat. It looks so good on me. The customer service was amazing.

Amazing service with friendly and accommodating staff. I was on a trip from Cleveland, OH and made a routine service appt here. My oil light had been going on at idle also since St. Louis, turns out I needed a new pump. Needless to say, the trip got a little extended, but They took good care of me and my lady, overnighted the part, fed us some good BBQ from their stand, and got us back on the road the next day. Thanks guys!

Excellent Sales and Customer Service. Paul P. does an excellent job with all of your questions and is always going above and beyond.

Bought my bike, 06 softail deuce, ended up my fork seals busted. Cost me money out of pocket. Now all the bolts connecting to my rear wheel have turned lose and I haven't even had the bike for 3 months. This is honestly making want to never buy a harley again.

Sold me a motorcycle with no turn signals and no title. No disclosure nothing. Then delivered the bike with no inspection. Piss poor communication and coordination.

I purchased some clothing from WHD as gifts. My experience was quite pleasant. I was interested in looking at bikes too. Jeremy, one of the sales guys took me on a tour of property and answered any questions I had. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering him. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous as well. I would definitely recommend Jeremy and Worth to friends and family.

Been to A lot of Harley dealers all across this great nation. I have yet to find one with as good a customer service, and with this much inventory as Worth. Their staff is crazy knowledgeable in every department. It's the first time a GIRL taught me about service work!

I called and spoke with Dennis in parts regarding an issue with my bikes performance.
If you want someone to talk you through the problem and help you troubleshoot for the solution, this is your guy. He was very patient and informative. Looked up diagrams and explained in detail the function of each part I might need. A lot of guys are in a hurry to get you off the phone but Dennis is the rare exception. I will call him for all my parts

I have been taking my bike for service to Worth HD for three years now. They have always been prompt, accurate and fair in my dealings. They deliver what they promise, and do it well. They are exactly what you would expect out of a quality dealer. They really treat their customers well, and offer many amenities (bike night, BBQ, etc...) that are top notch!
