Cineplexx Review

I would have given 5 stars before. Unfortunately, the four stars have to do that it is just too crowded. There are always crowds available, especially the good amount of halls. The quality of the films, the snacks everything wonderful. The factor that there are hardly any parking spaces in the evening because you have to search for a long time in the garage and possibly even long queues are available. Unfortunately four stars

A large cinema complex with many halls. The food is available at very reasonable prices. In the building there are many more restaurants to eat before or after the movie.

Were there at a quieter time, so would have little waiting time. Prices are okay and the seats are fine.
It seems a bit confusing for "strangers" (where are which halls) and you really don't know where the cinema (not the hall! You can tell ) and where it starts ...

Good cinema with good film and sound quality. The only point of criticism is the prices, which are quite high.

Which films someone likes and which is not a matter of taste, but to build a cinema hall (room 9) so that directly under the screen two escape route lights, which glaringly as if a truck would be mounted on one, is an absolute planning error and imposition. And the cheese sauce at the Nachos is still terrible.

Nachos with cheese sauce taste very good !! Seats are comfortable

Nice ways to eat before or after the cinema visit.
The cinemas themselves are clean and most of them are nice and big. I give the four stars because I have several times the experience that the speakers were very loud in the cinema.

Nice cinema center. Unfortunately, the age restriction in the films from the staff in no way respected.

Nice cinema, good team but all good movies it plays not at all or only very briefly. The cinema program reflects the level of the average Donauplex visitor. Jumanji or at that time the Martian plays 4x a day, the diver or Systemsprenger not at all. And unfortunately it does not play in the whole of Vienna, because the Cineplexx chain has a virtual monopoly position. The movie theaters are great and there are almost always great seats to be had. State of the art and fresh. However, how come you can't buy decent movie snacks?

Cinema could be a bit cheaper, which is true for all cinemas in general. Cineplexx is ok, only the queue for something to snack u. drink, I buy u. Pay the tickets online anyway and wait a long time to avoid the queue, but then ...?
Addendum, after CP's answer: Is what you mean and I did not complain, it's like that, I thought, love everything online then I save the tickets queue, forgetting the sweet tooth. You get the 5e * as good again.

Big cinema. Nice personel. IMAX does make something out of certain movies. And after the cinema half-awesome good places lure in the same building! A pleasant movie night with food is nothing in the way.

Basically a nice movie theater. However, the cinema is opened only 2-3 minutes before the start of the movie. The moviegoers are already 10 minutes before the hall and wait.
Maybe you can open the hall about 10 minutes before the start ... would be just a recommendation

Nice but a little cleaner it could be ... Especially the booster seats for children are very dirty.

Excessively long waiting times at the hotline. Had to hang up in between. I am now on hold again and have been waiting for over 20 minutes again. Just to ask why I only see 2 seat numbers even though I reserved 4 and 4 were charged. I don't want to experience a surprise when I'm in the cinema. Cancellation is not possible even if you have already paid for it. The UCI doesn't have any problems.

Truth, there are not more staff at the cinema ???? ... I kept my drink and popcorn 30 minutes already .... so what have not seen anywhere .... the movie has started shon and I'm here in line with other 20 people

When I watched avengers 3, there was a shrill rumor in the cinema during quiet moments.

although controls are positioned in front of each entrance, entrance or door, 11.12 year olds first receive movie tickets f movies from 14 years onwards. and none of the control freaks it stands out. the main thing is the cash register

A wonderful cinema. Especially the IMAX hall is fantastic in terms of sound and 3D. The film selection is always relatively wide and sufficient. It's always fun to watch movies together with friends.

The place itself is very nice, always clean and staff are friendly, I have never had any sort of issue with the theatre itself BUT the app is a total disaster.

Very well-kept cinema with large halls. Modern equipment, just because of the IMAX I already come. Drinks and food Cinema usual relatively expensive, but good. And most importantly, there is a large parking garage, which is not that expensive.

The snacks and drinks are cheap and the tickets are not overpriced, plus there is an IMAX hall, a Supreme Hall with extra wide seats and in front of the cinema you can go to the small game room: Level X and wait for the time.

All in all good, but prices are high (which is almost overwhelming these days).

Really a great place for a nice movie days. Always a lot of film selection. And the choice of places is great, the earlier you get the tickets, the better places you can secure yourself. In addition, I think that bonus card system is great for the people who often go to the movies and thus can secure great bonuses.

There is always something going on. Well organized, the cinemas are pretty crowded here. The only drawback is the gangs hanging around and causing trouble. That's why the police are often there.

The wait for popcorn and drinks are a joke. There are 3 cash registers at the top but only 1 was open. After 25min in the queue we gave up because otherwise we would have missed the movie. A clear disappointment for all ages.
