So yesterday I was definitely the last time in the cinema. I'm finally fed up. It is completely incomprehensible to me that every time at such an abnormal volume that it almost tears the eardrum, it has to be played. With an action cracker for mainly young audiences, I can still understand that to some extent. I don't look at them anyway. But in a film like "Borg / McEnroe, for example, something like that is simply an imposition.

Good cinema but unfortunately too long waiting times

A large cinema that technically plays all plays in some of the halls. Apparently nachos and cheese sauce were changed to new ones some time ago, I like both new versions better than before.

It's actually very nice there, but the movie theaters are a bit dirty. Above all, I think that the employees there are a bit too strict with the age rating of a film. I have heard that cinemas can decide for themselves from what age a film is allowed and most of the time it always comes to 16 ... slowly getting annoying because you can hardly go in there in almost any movie ... (especially for the people who are not yet 16)

Pavarotti's biography was beautiful and extremely informative. Unfortunately, the almost continuously running air conditioning was very, very loud. Too bad about the wonderful music. It was also very drafty and almost cold.

Big movie complex. Modern, clean with big screens and Dolby Surround (what else?). Very handy it's located within the mall, so can pick up some food before or after the film.

There is no seating in front of the cinemas .... if you have a very low blood pressure, as I do, it can be extremely uncomfortable.

Lots of movie theaters, bars and restaurants. Unprecedented the service at the cinema ticket. Isabella N. does her job with a contagious smile quickly and conscientiously, and always tries to take care of special wishes of annoying moviegoers like me one is friendly! Chapeau!

Before going to the cinema, you can sit comfortably in the various bars, eat and / or drink something. Simply cool!

Unfortunately, the Cineplexx app and also purchase function via homepage did not work, otherwise everything is good!

Very comfortable seats in the hall 1st points train because you can only take a drink. If you buy more so also to the food. Is no storage space! Should be urgently changed, also to increase sales. On the seat in front Tischerl down for example !? Too bad otherwise nice cinema and friendly staff.

A great and nicely decorated cinema, halls are great and IMAX is of course awesome. To everyone who thinks it's too loud: IMAX is loud. The employees in the cinema cannot change this, the sound system is measured by technicians and tailored to each room. Sometimes it really catches the ears, I don't appreciate it for everyone. I think prices are absolutely reasonable, at the bar you have to wait a little longer, but not too bad, I know worse. Toilet facilities are fine. Staff is nice and the transport links are great too.

A beautiful mall with all kinds of things you can do, from food to clothes, movies, etc. It is very large and well organized.

No more booking by phone. Apparently have given up themselves and no longer want customers. Will lock up sooner or later

The seats are also very uncomfortable and you will have lower back pain after a short time. The cleanliness is also poor. I had to clean my seat from leftovers myself, there was still empty plastic packaging on the side of the seat. Today was my last visit to the Cineplexx.

About the IMAX SAAL: the sound is so loud that a warning should be displayed beforehand that this volume will cause hearing damage. In addition, a reverberation can be heard in quiet passages where people are speaking. Very annoying.

Cinemas are on the 3rd floor. Elevator ONLY after activation. Free parking ticket cancellation at the cinema ticket for up to 6 hours when buying tickets.

Cinema stop. Personnel acts sometimes. Underpaid and unmotivated. When we looked at Downton Abbey last Sunday, we had to sit in a dirty and untidy room. In addition, I often find it (too Sunday) too loud and too cold.

Crowded place with plenty of dining options (mainly fast food - check out Burgerista if you like a good burger) ... modern Cinema and you can play Billiard there ... 15 min from city center by subway (U1).

Like to visit the cinema with our granddaughter. Top made for wheelchairs. Only the volume in the cinema is very loud.

I come to this cinema often and with pleasure. There are many halls, which differ in their size (number of seats). The Cineplexx also offers an IMAX room. Many films can be viewed classically as 2D or also in 3D. There are films for children and adults alike. I would recommend booking seats online (has proven to be a good decision time and time again). If you want a snack, there is a variety of different offers available. The staff is very friendly and eager to respond to the wishes of the customers, so I always like to come back here. :)

My favorite cinema in Vienna. Good reachable large and small rooms and good food! The bonus program is great too!

So I was in Imax sal and now I watched the film The Mummy with my girlfriend and had to cover our ears. For certain scenes. It was too loud for me and her. Hope an employee sees what I wrote there. And can change it please !!. It is not the first time already 5x approx. Like to go to the cinema but if that is not changed I will go to another cinema sorry as a member. But that is not possible !!

Not just cheap movie fun but nice atmosphere. In the IMAX hall, it's only really fun starting at row 8. At lower rows, the 3d effect will not work so well.

Great Cinema, easy to reach & good selection of food and drink in the area.

Movie was great. But personally too expensive. 19.80 for 1 ticket.

IMAX hall was very good. Best Cinema Experience. Surrounded by good locations for entertainment or dining for before or after the movie pleasure.

We were in Donauplex last night to go to the cinema. It was from the underground car park up the stairwell locked. Of course, the two elevators were overwhelmed with the rush of visitors and the resulting waiting time was long. After the cinema, my wife and many others wanted to use the restroom. On the 3rd floor height cinemas the toilet was locked. On the second floor she was just finished cleaning and was also locked. The cleaning staff did not let anyone on the toilets. Boss said to use all in 1st floor toilet. How can you please lock the toilets at 22:30 although many movie theaters end their performances at this time? Lifts again overwhelming overwhelmed and waiting time of 20 minutes to shut down (on foot you could not in the underground car park).
Ticket for the exit ticket took no paper money, whereupon again a long queue on the cancellation of the ticket was employed.
So organizationally leaves a lot to be desired in this big cinema temple with Gastro. For me it was certainly the last visit to this place.
