My first room had no wifi and the second very slow...
My first room had no wifi and the second very slow wifi that nothing could be done about. Staff customer service was awful. Spoke with the manager and she was no better so I ended up speaking with a VP. The hotel staff took exception and stopped making up my room. Now if I book Marriott I make sure it's corporate owned and managed.
