I ve been a happy customer since 1990. If you have a problem they will go the extra mile to help. Everyone in the office are kind and courteous. The service technicians are very professional. The internet service is excellent. I highly recommend Cimarron Telephone.

so my town had fiberoptic cables installed only in one area of town, everyone is being charged the same. but the speeds are completely different. Im using DSL basically and feel like its 2007. I will not be using this product in the fall due to transferring to satellite internet
I have had Cimtel for 5 years and they are horrible. I can watch any streaming service I want during the day and have as many devices as I want streaming because I pay the higher price for faster service, but as soon as it reaches 8 PM I can t even stream a movie after taking all other devices off of the internet. It s insane. When I call they have every excuse in the book telling me why it runs slower more people at home, more devices connected, etc when it s the exact opposite. Not a SINGLE day goes by when I don t experience interruptions. They have a complete monopoly and charge outrageous prices for horrible service and don t even care because there is no competition.
Is every single person that works here extremely rude.? Wouldn't of even dealt with them this long if it wasn't for being the only service out this way. Don't even deserve 1 star
Edit: Changed to 5 stars. Thanks to Mike, the support guy and Mark, the tech who came out and fixed my issue. The service is working fantastic!
I knew the risks of moving from the city to the country when it concerned internet access. After suffering with hughesnet I decided to try out CimTel. They only offer up to 40 Mbps in my area, which is good enough for now. Been having connectivity issues since day 1(yesterday).
Called up Support not 3 hours after install and Mike was on it. He checked the issue and confirmed it was on their side. He issued a work order and all was ok. Just got off the phone with him again, after a call this morning where I was told they are still working on the problem here . No worries.
Well according to Mike, the work order ended up being closed out as completed, but still no tech and still getting intermittent connection. Was told I d be called back with some kind of info, so keeping it at 3 stars only because Mike jumped on the case.
This service is very unfriendly with customers in person -- I simply asked if their policy allows them to install store-bought modems for clients. Guy wouldn't even answer the question. Kept saying "We don't care what modem you use." On top of that, customer service apparently can't even give an estimate on what upgrade prices are. They refer to their website for information instead of doing their jobs. I feel sorry for anyone else stuck with this service.
