I was at this hospital this past weekend. In and out, literally all weekend, seeing a family member. NOT ONE TIME did i see ANYONE cleaning, no carts, NOTHING. Was on the 6th floor (south tower) with a broken vending machine, and went to EACH floor looking for snacks and drinks for family.

I go to the casino, and there are cleaning people EVERYWHERE.

Do you not have cleaning people there on the weekends? Did they ALL call in? I cant believe that. Oh, and the bathroom on 6 next to elevators probably has a broken AC. It was pretty warm in there, and smelled like hot poo...

Really, the whole hospital seemed super creepy. I never saw anyone in the halls, only in the cafeteria, the ER waiting room, and in area we were in. Have been in other hospitals, and there are always people moving around. It was so weird.

In and out in less than 45 minutes for Covid vaccines. Thank you Christus for such an efficient community service. Happy, fast individuals politely keeping the line moving. Thanks again.

Very poor emergency room. Staff is super friendly but they need a few more of them!

This place is pathetic. The quality of the care provided there is awful. Due to the poor care received at this hospital, three of my family members have passed away. My mom was diagnosed with cancer there. When it was discovered, it had not spread and was curable. However, the doctors made no attempt to treat her cancer. They just let her lay in a hospital bed for 2 months with no attempts to treat her cancer. This caused her cance to spread and she passed away. Sorry place! My mom deserved better. You could have tried to do something. The place needs a minus 0 rating. Though, you can't select that. Sorry place!!!!!! You need to do better!!!!

Everyone I've known went in and they put them in a coma and then they died. I will never ever use this hospital

Atlanta location. Two days ago my son and husband were in a wreck and taken to the hospital. Took them 3 sticks to get blood from my son and approx 10 sticks to get iv going so they could do ct of his chest. And of course with every stick you know they just dig the needle around while they're in there. Dr Price did sticks I think and kind of acted annoyed that my son was yelling out in pain and wanted him to stop.

The back if my son's hand had a pretty good amount of dried blood on it when he arrived at the ER. They never checked his hand for glass or even bothered to clean his hand so they could see the laceration. The next day we found a piece of glass sticking out of his hand. When a nurse called to check on him I told her about it. Of course she apologized but didn't offer for me to bring him back in so they could look it over.

We are out of towners and I took my husband to this hospital. We signed in and upon explaining medical situation to the male staff (Matt), he was VERY VERY RUDE AND INATTENTIVE. I felt very uncomfortable and opted to go to another hospital. I feel like the first face(s) that anyone encounters when attempting to receive care should treat the patients with care and compassion.

If you like having the Staff not listen to you at the expansive of your own Health, this is the Hospital for you. They made countless mistakes while attempting a Misguided Operation that left me in pain & Tears. It got the Job somewhat done, but it could ve been avoided in every possible way! The saving grace was that the Staff is very nice, so if that s all your looking for, it s an ok Place. But if you actually want get well, find someplace better. I left the place more exhausted than when I entered.

I am a live-in care giver that sent my client in via ambulance to Christus St Michael's Hospital for symptoms of a stroke. My client called me and told me that she had been placed in the waiting area after arrival and was still waiting to get seen at 9:45 p.m. I had not heard anything back so I decided to call to check on her status and was told she had not yet been seen at 11:45 p.m. I sent her in via ambulance at approximately 7 p.m. This is highly unacceptable.
