It's fabulous hotel, great experience with this hotel.. good one for family stay

We have been there on 26th and 27 April 2016
We came across very bad management issues.
At the time of checkout they charged us for mini bar items even though we have not used anything. Also we forgot our few clothes at the room but after checkout we asked for it but they refused to give it back.
Ambience at the resort is very nice but overall they dont have control on their staff...
Once you forgot anything at the resort you will not get it back.

Superb resort to unwind. Daily activities for kids as well as adults. Large swimming pool and superb choices of restaurants. Goa all in one place.

Room AC malfunctioning & had to get it repaired in the middle of the night.

It is a good property, but, we need to make sure they allot a good room with the photos that are displayed in the room, if we do not ask, they allot the rooms that are of less demand and with very very small balcony

Can't vouch for the rooms or food since my family and I have only ever used the poolside and health club facilities, but it's a great location, with pleasant staff and a lovely beach.
Edit: Finally stayed in the rooms here in August 2017 with my family and was delighted by the accommodation, food, staff, and service. Highly recommended.

It was the BEST Vacation I have had in a Very long time. The pool there was really relaxing. The rooms were fresh. And the food was delicious. I totally recommend this hotel if you are looking for an enjoyable relaxing vacation!

Food was horrible. We went for the saraswat festival. We were served cold food phulkas were cold as stone. Very poor service as well.

A wonderful weekend spent at the property....very clean , well behaved and friendly staff, amazing food and ample space to go around and relax. Recommended for families as kids can enjoy in the swimming pool while you enjoy a drink at the pool bar...the beach is clean and has some good arrangements for water sports as well....all in all worth a. Great hotel if you want to stay at central Goa. It s very close Dona Paola. Nice rooms, great swimming pool and good food. They also have a private beach access. Staffs are very cordial and helpful. If you want to have a relaxed stay then you can try this place. They also have a quite active travel desk for hiring cars for local travel.

Shruti barfed right on the entrance but the staff was very considerate and made no fuss about it. Great property. Was here for a corporate weekend and hotel management did an amazing job.

A lovely resort located near Dauna Paula, it has its own private little beach. Its a good comfortable and reasonable stay in central Goa. Slightly far from North Goa, hence wouldnt recommend it for someone who wants to explore and hang around North.

Nice place...... property has private Beach so we can enjoy a lot...food is also very nice ...... hospitality is also awesome....
