Just and bustling as always...fab atmosphere...loads to do and variety of eating houses...a must for any newbee in GP.

This place is very chilled, the vibe is quite nice the movie popcorn is very good and they aren't stingy.

It's a very lively place but it seldom sleeps, there's always a lot of people.

The place needs to be revamped and also the security there have no manners. I thoroughly suggest that more and different stores be implimplement into Monte casinos every day experience

The best night out for dining, browsing and theatre in northern Johannesburg. Many restaurants, a cinema, some theaters, casino and various shops - nice evening out. All under roof with secure parking.

Nice place to go and enjoy. They have gambling centre, movie theatres, food courts, fashion shops (both high and low end), they have a night club just to mention but a few. The kicker is it s open 24hrs/7 days a week.

It a nice place where you can spend 5-6 hours. Nice restaurants, movie theater, gaming zone, pubs and specially for gambling casino is there.

We really like the place. So much on different stores and restaurants. Just be prepared to wait a little for a table. The movie theatre is stunning and even the outside areas have lots to discover.

What a wonderful experience! Feels as if you are walking in the streets of a small little Italian village! Do not forget to visit the birdpark as this is just as amazing!

Top family spot with a great variety of restaurants and activities for all age ranges

Pieter Toerien theater has very good sound quality and I love that it is more intimate. There are wheelchair access but has only stairs to your seat that is a bit of a problem for the elderly.

Something for everybody. It is a little piece of Europe in Africa. For the entire family. Beautiful

I must commend Montecasino on their efforts to ensure safety in line with COVID-19 regulations. From controlling access, social distancing measures, guest screening and near constant sanitization of high volume area's and access points - I was very impressed by their commitment.

Beautiful Casino, place to spend the day, enjoying yourself. Eat at one of the amazing restaurants or go and see a show.

We spent a few hours at the Montecasino bird park and we really enjoyed it.

My word! My 1st visit to this extravagant venue and it is breath-taking to say the least. We had dinner at Ocean Basket here - service was quick as we were rushing to a show at the Teatro - the walk from the parking place to this was an experience what with the amazing 'city within a city' architecture. My husband said it in a nutshell - we could spend a holiday just in this complex alone! The Teatro Theatre was wonderful - we watched a fantastic ice skating show. So many theatres in this complex and of course we had to do a little bit of shopping in the shops after the show. Amazing visit!

Im sure there are laws in our country prohibiting smoking in public areas, especially if ithose areas could be accessed by minors.
Im amazed how Monte Casino is allowed to break this law and not being held accountable.
Clean up your act Monte it is not on!

Oh what an magical place filled with lot to discover on food and entertainment! Teatro Theatre a place to embrace talents we watched Storm & we felt the storm rising from our inner beings! Brilliant architecture & perfect theme to capture one in the Aha moments!

For lunch or to the movies, or just an outing, go and try you luck at the slot machines, or just take the kids to the birdpark, you can even chose from the four hotels, for a weekend away. All and all beautiful place to visit

Montecasino is fantastic! It follows a somewhat olden Italy styled theme and when you are inside Montecasino the small finer details that are so well done are always noticed! There are a ton of classy restaurants to eat from. A lot of fast food and great activities like the pristine movie house, laser tag, an arcade, bowling and of course a theater to watch some live acted shows... There are also always small acts going around Montecasino just to add to the vibe and liveliness such as jugglers, live singers in some corners and more. Definitely the place to be!

It holds its original form outside resembling history and modern design inside. I Loved the roof top at the pathway it makes it a marvel to stroll as you look ahead. The friendly staff from security to waiter personnel are humble and helpful.

Veryy poor i drove 100 km and I couldn't even enter the casino area my ID and drivers lisence got stolen with my wallet.
They refuse to accept your ID number or a copy of your ID.

I started to try and arrange a way for them to receive a copy of my ID via email, fax or picture and without listening to reason they called security on their portable radio and answered with no.

I got frustrated and just walked out and left.

The developers made huge efforts to make this complex different. They certainly succeeded in doing so. The scenery resembles a walk in the streets of a Tuscan village with the actual casino hardly visible when you 'roam the streets'. As with most casino complexes in SA there are some stores you only get in these complexes. When we visited the streets were full of visitors and the vibe was lekker!

Lots of restaurants with top class menus. Well built in house arena .

I dont like this casino - its a personal thing. Hate the vibe and never see anyone winning on the tables - i was there World Cup night - wondering if they stacked the tables to take advantage of celebrating punters

It's a little always daylight village of sorts. A Very good and fun place with everything.

My home away from home. Open 24 hours. Most of the fast food places close at 12 but food is available at the casino 24 hours. Has a beautiful hotel. The bookstore is my hangout along with a trendy store called sins with gifts souvenirs and snacks. Safe and cozy in the winter months. Cool and trendy in summer. Has among others clothing stores, clubs and massage parlors.

The service at the Palazzo Hotel was outstanding from beginning to end. Dinner at the Texan Wing Bar was divine.

I'm not a gambler. Restaurants are not to my taste or liking. There are only two that I can afford and enjoy.

Always a lovely time out. Amazing decor. Lots of places to eat out. A limited number of activities for small children such as the bird park.

Every time I go there I feel like a little kid who has seen something amazing. The place gives me such a magical feeling that no other place has given me before. I'm always awe when I'm there. The restaurants and the theatre are amazing. Something about the interior of this place makes me feel as if I'm in a different world or more specifically a mythical world.
