I had an issue with the handles of two of my 20 year old Essteele pots. Replacement handles were no longer available and Meyer, without prompting, offered to provide me with two brand new Essteele pots to replace the old ones. Outstanding customer service and commitment to the Essteele brand. Could not be more impressed.

I Sent 2 lids from my 2 RACO pressure cookers to their prepaid postal address because one lid had a broken part and I had a problem with the other. As a result of a problem with getting parts they sent 2 new Prestige Smart plus pressure cookers as replacements. .I have reduced the star rating. I can`t get parts off them for the Prestige pressure cookers they sent and I haven`t got the original RACOs that they can now supply parts for. I understand they are not doing repairs for the Prestige pressure cookers either.

Within 3 working days a new set has been approved. Look forward to them arriving.
