Every time you try to place an online order it says it s too busy to process it, seriously? Apparently really don t want your business that much to fix that no problem ordering with anybody else

Food tases the same everytime I have it. Warm fresh tortillas and dependable service. I prefer sitting outside as it gets pretty loud indoors. Love that they offer free chips, queso, and salsa during happy hour and the daily specials are good.

We go here quite a bit! Great drink selection, and JOAnn is the best server! Most of the staff is SUPER friendly, and get "boom, boom" sauce on what ever you order- you wont be sorry!

Classic tex-mex! Almost as good as the original. If you want something hot, they got it, if that's not your thing they've got something for you too!

Sat at a table for 45 min , Didn t even get menus or drinks. Close this place down!

Hostess was not happy that we wanted a different table. Incredible the place is always packed, I don't believe is the food or the service. The patio is nice with large trees you don't notice that you are next to the highway.

Chicka Chicka Boom Boom for the WIN! We had a large group for a birthday lunch on a Sunday, and the staff was friendly, responsive, and everything was spot-on. Love this place.

First time for Tex-Mex, can t believe I planned to have a salad. Duh

I love Chuys and have been coming here for 20+ years. I just learned they will not be bringing back the combo plates! I can not believe this and it will limit my visits! When you want a little of everything and now I will have to find another "go to" restaurant!

They had good serves and good food but the place was dirty i would go again but hope it gets a cleaning.

Be sure to ask for Panda when you arrive. She's the best.

App sampler, friday special flautas, 20oz frita.

The chips and salsa was average, salsa was super good, chips were sup par, the white sauce they serve isn't anything special either.

The app sampler was pretty good, nachos wern't anything special, chicken half dilla was delicious, best part of the platter, the flautas were tasty also, queso is fine, a little too runny.

Friday green chili flautas (half order) were really dissapointing for being a daily "made fresh" special, barely any seasoning or flavoring to them, it was basically just meat, green chilis, tortilla.

20oz frita was pretty good, a little overly sweet but good nonetheless.

Overall this was an average trip to an average tex-mex chain. Total bill was $31 for my order which couls probably feed two normal consumers, and sharing the frita is reasonable given its size.

Biggest issue to make.it average and not great or excellent is that they rely too much om the cheese and guac to carry the dish that if you eat it without those items the dishes are overall almost bland.

Still a good spot for a quick bite and a drink, just don't expect to be blown away by culinary genius.

Good food, good service. They let you pick the sauce so you can control how spicy most dishes are.

Chuys food is what a Taco Bell would be like if it grew up into a respectable actual restaurant. The atmosphere is wide open , entertaining, safe and clean. The staff helpful and attentive. I tried the beef tacos lunch plate. It does not lean toward authentic Mexican food but towards Americanized Mexican food. If you are seeking that in Texas, then it s perfect. If you are looking for authentic or original then you will be disappointed. Large open, safe parking. Very welcoming place, excellent for family gatherings, clients. The layout is very well done with open spaces and relaxing court yard. Away from traffic and noise.

Better than average food as far as casual Tex Mex food goes. Great service every time we have been there.

Very popular so expect a wait. The New Mexican martini's are awesome!

Good service, good food. Not great, real good. Service ok, also did not clean our area until after meal arrived. Food trash on the floor right beside the table.

I love their fajitas the meat is tender and full of flavor. Also you get 2 bowls of cheese,guac,pico, sour cream so you dont have to fight over it .if you want fajitas go to chuys not taco cabana you won't regret it oh and the rice and beans are good oh and for those delicate bellys with beans idk what they put on those beans because i never get bellyaches if you know what i mean lol

THIS IS MY NEW FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT! THERE IS THIS BUBBLY BLONDE WAITRESS WORKING THE EVENINGS(I WISH I REMEMBERED HER NAME) WHO WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AT HER JOB! THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME EVER GOING&SHE MADE IT GREAT!

Always good for a Margarita and hatch chilies. Head out early for a good parking spot.

Food and service were excellent, as always. We were there for a co-worker's farewell. I had the chicken Panchos. Always enough left over for another meal. Never miss an opportunity to go to Chuy's.

Born and raised in Austin, Chuy's home. We thought we should try a to go order since we had a craving and a 6 month old baby. Told the order would be ready at 6:20. Showed up at 6:17. Recieved food at 6:53. Paid and tipped in cash by 6:25. This was the 2nd time we've experienced this issue and the last time we'll be subjecting ourselves to the possibility.

It's a chain. Good margaritas. Love the chicken enchiladas. My husband loves the stuffed burrito.

Good Tex-Mex for the money. I ve been here on multiple occasions and have no complaints. It s clean, the employees are nice and the food gets the job done.

The Tex Mex was only So So. The menu looks right, but the taste isn't quite right. It isn't dark enough.

Kick butt service... Server literally kept the chips over flowing the basket. And you can't go wrong with the Chicka Chicka Boom Boom!

Well today's visit was the worst ever. We felt like it was to much for our server to wait on us. We got greeted cheerfully upon arrival but our server had no intrest in our visit. We had to ask the hostess for water after 10 minutes of getting our food. we had ran out of salsa, chips and waited patiently for our server to come by but no sign of him. After we were done he came by and put water in our cups after the hostess did. He didn't even offer us extra chips or salsa.I didn't enjoy my food like I usually do.Next time I will ask for other servers I know attend to their customers well. We go very often for lunch and during Happy Hour and had never felt so unwanted at a resteraunt.
