Convenient location with plenty of parking.

Very authentic Tex Mex feel and look to the restaurant.

Nachos were nicely thin and salsa was quite tasty. Green chili sauce, which was their theme as well, was amazing.

Decently big menu to cater to all tastes and staff is very friendly to say the least.

Food was kind of disappointing as compared to other aspects of the restaurant. Portions are A-OK and taste was very mild which definitely lacked some Mexican spices. Surely lacked on presentation and taste as well.

Definitely recommend to try once for sure. Some who like Mexican but don't like food might wanna visit regularly.

Was great food..wonderful service..but I gave 4 stars because we huddled over our food for warmth..and we were in center of busy indoors! In winter! And..be prepared..from start of wait..to end when we walked out..was 2 hrs. Not..fast..food! Thankfully..we wanted to talk and catch up.

Chuy's is the best Tex Mex in Austin, hands down. I grew up in Austin and have been eating at Chuy my whole life.

In order to even be in the running for best Tex Mex in Austin, three elements must be outstanding: chips & salsa, queso, margaritas. They are all superb!
It's hard to pick a favorite entree, but the Chicka Chicka Boom Boom enchiladas are hard to beat.

I could go in for pages, but suffice it to say, Chuy's food is fantastic and they are definitely keeping Austin weird!

We have been eating at this Chuy's off and on pretty much since it opened. The waits can be a bit long but the food is almost always worth it. I really highly recommend their tortilla soup. Its nice and brothy, not too heavy but it still has a ton of avocado and fresh cilantro in it which just makes it like heaven for me. This soup on a cold day is a great combo.

This is the WORST Chuy's in the chain. I have eaten at every location and the El Paso location has overcooked, unseasoned, soggy enchiladas with no plating skills. The waitstaff is uninterested in serving and truly ignores their diners. Never again will this location get another penny from me.

You can eat outside, and the food is tasty. You can count on friendly service, although for some reason they don't get taking leftovers home. I eat there a lot and I rarely get the correct containers so I can separate dry from wet foods. I give up trying to explain to server. Oh well....

Great food and a really fun place to gather, but I just had the worst experience with a waitress EVER at this location. Too much to type but I won't be returning because of one bad apple and that's ashame

Food ok. Hostess was super rude. She threw menus and silverware. Must have had a bad day. They sat 7 at a table made for 6. Server was nice but failed to enter my daughters order. Not worth 40 min wait. Used to be much better all around.

Compared to the other Chuys in Austin, this location is the worst. Service was horrible and management was just as bad. I saw a server drop a drink dispenser, pick it up off the floor then through it in the ice bin.

The only reason I'm giving this place a 3 star is because it's way too busy. Although I know thats not their fault. The food is the bomb. But on a Saturday or Friday or Sunday this place is stuffed with people so bad that if you farted you could blame atleast 12 people around you. Cheers

Chuy's is beloved in Austin for a good reason. It's Tex-Mex but with an infusion of New Mexico a la Hatch green chiles. The Elvis decor adds charm. This is dining en masse, but Chuy's pulls it off.

As always. When ever we come down to Austin. A stop by any Chuys in Austin is a must. Reasonably priced and yummy dishes! You will not be disappointed! Also great atmosphere both indoor and outdoor too!

Super fresh and cooked to order means you might have to wait a little longer for your food, but also means you can order your enchiladas just the way you like them! All their chicken enchilada variations are simply excellent. The bar is outstanding and their margaritas are as tasty as any in Austin. Try this place soon!

We went to this Chuy's because it actually has a nice outside seating area (thanks rona), and good food...but man, ALL of the staff gave absolutely OUTSTANDING service. Great place to go! Especially with the rona right now.
