Since January 2016 to January 2021, I have stayed with Churchill (mostly at the Bartlett) a combined 9 months, and I will probably add another 3-4 months this year; I can t imagine staying anywhere else, you re really a home away from home and I am grateful for your customer service.

Like the previous review here says - if I could give a negative 5 score , Churchill would have gotten it . Everything was terrible - from getting a call from them a day before the move that there are issues and they might not be able to let me in the next day (I raised my voice to get it fixed otherwise I would have slept on the street the next day), to the check in process and ending with the poor , poor customer service . Stay on a park bench and not with them !!!!

If we could put negative stars, I would. I work for a large company that had employees in the DC area. Trying to coordinate deliveries and pickups with Churchill was a joke. We would schedule something but their guys would never show up. They were rude to the complex staff and to our employees. I would send in delivery/pick up requests and would get no response. I then had to go to his manager to finally got a response after weeks of waiting. How ridiculous is that?! And they charge and arm and a leg! And for what? Extremely poor customer service. We had over 20 units furnished with them. Its disappointing that they would give us such poor customer service. I would not recommend Churchill Corporate Services.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Not just their furniture, but...

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Not just their furniture, but their corporate apartments and customer service!! My experience with Global Luxury Suites and Churchill Living was miserable!!! Over the span of almost 3 months that I regretfully gave them my business, they were ALWAYS ALWAYS rude on the phone (at least 15-20 calls with different people). Reservations, customer service, billing, didn't matter, everyone had an attitude, everyone doesn't care about YOU and everyone didn't wanna be there. We made all our payments on time and even ahead of schedule, yet they threatened us with an eviction and treated us poorly. Aside from all that, their apartments were in really bad condition. I was at the Reston location and we had to change apartments like 3 times due to the incorrect apartment size, the dirty stains on the pillows and sheets, broken furniture, missing mattress, scratches and dirty walls/doors, damaged items, etc. Imagine having to deal with rude angry customer service reps after you've already had such a horrible apartment experience! Don't waste your time here, I even escalated this matter up to their regional director, she didn't care much and pretty much told me there was nothing they could do. They don't CARE about their customers or their customers' experience, and that is really unacceptable especially for the money you end up spending ($5k-$6k a month). I went to a company called Corporate Apartment Specialists after I left here, and it was AMAZING!!! Best thing I ever did!!! Look them up and take your business there, don't waste your time here! Bad customer service when I call because My mom has not recieve a check in over a month. They want everything perfect and they are super picky but too pay the employees they are really bad at it. I have been calling here to the coorporation so they can pay her everything they owe her but they never help us. Dont know why they dont pay if they arent giving her any work why hold someone elses money? Dont waste your time working here because they want you to do your job great but they wont pay you. I will keep insisting for them to pay her and plus interest because my mom has had to get a loan to pay rent thats how long they havent paid her. Really really poor service.

This is a horrible company. My next-door apartment is one of their short-term rental units, and the tenants are frequently smoking marijuana, playing loud music at night, or banging the walls at 3am in the morning. I complained to the company but received no response.

Churchill is by far the most disorganized place I've ever worked for. They're always behind with something, poorly communicated everything, and often times set you up for failure. They don t even do right by their customers so I m not too surprised they treat their staff horribly. They are all about money at whatever cost. Even if it means inconveniencing the guest and inconveniencing you as an employee.

Many guest checked into rooms that were not properly cleaned by the cleaning teams. The cleaning teams would show up late almost every time and make us push back guest check in. The rooms are never fully stocked or stocked properly.

They had me working without and office or a place to sit and get work done. You always had to lug everything around with you. I was told there would be a desk installed when I first started working there and there never was.

Customer service and management (or lack there of) always creates problems for you and then leaves without helping you resolve them. No matter how much you communicate with them that certain things need to be changed, they don t care.

This is a Jewish owned company and many people of color that work for this company have told me that they be been treated differently because of that. They purposely hire people of color and the non Jewish so that they will have to work worse hours, weekends, and all holidays the others receive off.

I wouldn t suggest anyone book with this company or work with them. I ve seen their poor organization and communication effect a lot of guests stays.

When I submitted my resignation I gave them a months notice bc I would be moving back to Virginia and my commute would be over an hour. The next day after sending that email they let me come into work and made sure I got all my work done before telling me that they were letting me go because I was resigning. Instead of letting me know before I came in they wanted to make sure I did all their work for them before doing that. This place is inconsiderate and sneaky. Even when you organize things yourself management and customer service teams mess it up for you and let you take the blame.

Don t use Churchill. Don t work for them. They are untrustworthy and poorly ran.

As a long time Churchill customer I can attest to their exceptional service, great prices and quality furniture. From bedrooms, dining rooms, living rooms and more, they will accommodate your schedule when it comes to deliver your stuff. They never disappoint.

Worst customer service I've ever received.

Worst customer service I've ever received.
We got great communication and service as we booked and worked with them remotely for our move across country. However upon arrival we were told the parking we paid for was not available then argued with us for a full day on if we paid for it or not. We were not greeted kindly. No welcome package. Simply a note with the wifi password,room key and comment to find somewhere to park. We then had to carry all our luggage several blocks with 2 young children in the dark in a new city.

The problems didn't stop there. There was broken glass in carpet of the apartment, false eyelashes under the coffee pot, not enough towels, the dryer condensation hose leaked causing a puddle in the hall, the blinds don't work, the cable doesn't work, etc. The list goes on and on. There is a fire alarm in the kitchen drawer that beeps every 20 minutes. Why is it in a drawer and not on the ceiling? There are neighbors that yell and fight in the halls at all hours of the night. If they aren't yelling there is the neighbors TV at 2 AM.

The biggest problem is the property is managed remotely. It took me 5 days of promises that someone would be there shortly before I got to a hold of a manager. Then a few more days of nothing before they moved us to another apartment.

Once again I had to report issues. Lights not working, the bathroom door handle is about to fall off, etc. My son is highly allergic to dust. We both start sneezing so I check the filter on the central air unit. It is dark grey with a thick layer of dust and clearly been used for way too long. You pay a $150 room cleaning fee. What are they doing with that because clearly they are not doing a thorough cleaning and walk through between guests. Guest should not be the ones reporting these issues especially if they just arrived. There is no excuse for these issues as the handyman was the only one that was quick to respond.

We've been here almost 2 weeks now. I can tell you this place is pretty but not functional. Large beautiful kitchen but it is barely stocked with the bare essentials. You could fit all the kitchen dishes, silverware, utensils, cups, mugs and pots/pans in the dish washer with room to spare for whatever things you needed to buy. Clearly guests needed to buy kitchen items by the random items that are in one kitchen but not the other. The blender is missing the base that holds the blade. I picked it up to use it and the blade were just sitting in the cup.

Large bathroom with large jetted tub that you can barely fill half way before your water tank runs out of hot water.There is a TV mounted on the wall above the toilet and on the same wall as the lounging side of the tub. So there isn't a way to comfortably lounge in the tub and watch the TV or while using the toilet so what is the point?

Tons of closets. Seriously. This is a 1 bedroom with 3 large closets, the other had 4. One was a walk in. Why couldn't they fit a full size water tank for the hot water in one of these closets? Shelving for linens but you have to really fight to get enough towels for your whole family. 2 adults, 2 children, 2 towels. They knew when we booked there was 4 of us and these are advertised as fully stock and furnished apartments. We're not suppose to need to supplement.

They advertise on site parking. It is online and on signs in front of the entrance however it took us 8 days of fighting after we arrived days to get them to arrange parking at a parking garage over a block away.

The mattress is the worse I've ever slept on. No matter what way I sleep I wake up in pain. I slept better on the pull out sofa bed.

We were promised our nurses promo rate would still be valid if we needed to extend our stay a week or two. They lied.

Take my advise do not rent from them. They do not follow through with any if their promises. This is a scam.

Over-priced and damaged furniture right off the truck... Seeing the schedule the drivers had to keep was a joke, 2 people to furnish an apartment in an hour??? who is running this company? and having to wait several days for a replacement piece since the Warehouse is in New Jersey. I should have gone with a local competitor company.

I would take away stars if I could. We felt like it was an absolute robbery or a scam. They blatantly ignored my request for a 30 day only extension and charged me extra stating that I didn t give a 35 day notice as is required?! When I pointed out that I had only requested a 30 day extension, I was told that 35 days notice still need to be given (and that I didn t understand how it works) and they are doing me a favor by waving 5 days and charging for 5 days. For the price we were paying for the apartment, I was able to get two studios at a Hilton nearby with Breakfast included and saved 30%. I am forfeiting 5 days of charge and moving out on my original departure date.

Besides there there were multiple issue with the apartment itself :
- The apartment, furniture etc were sub standard
-The apartment was right next to a major state highway. The noise levels were unbelievable
- The common areas in the apartment complex were filthy
- Parking is an inconvenient specially if you have small children or when you have to lug heavy items.

I recently rented a unit from Churchill Living in Boston at the Fenway Trilogy via an Airbnb listing with the host name of Kate Smith . The unit and most of the furnishing were in extremely poor condition, and the unit was poorly maintained. I believe the company misrepresented itself on Airbnb, and our unit was not the same or comparable to the unit in the Airbnb listing. The company was totally unresponsive to our messages on Airbnb, and charged us additional money for unneeded and unused services. I would never use this company again for anything.
