Nothing spectacular. The highlight was sitting in the shade under the trees next to the overpriced kiosk. Is worth a look if you're in the area though.

Got there as opening for the afternoon so chapel not crowded with tour groups.

The place is beautiful, but apart from the church there is nothing to see. The trip will take longer than the actual inspection. I post a photo with the time of the visit, because there are no exact dates on the internet.

My feet always carry me to this magnificant spot in northern Israel. Standing on the balcony overlooking the sea of Gallilee, listening to the breeze and imagining the man that stood here years ago talking out of his heart, makes my non Christian heart beat faster. The wise and inspiring words could have come from any of the old prophets I know...
May this place inspire every visitor to listen to the words spoken here and, regardless of religion, be moved.

Reminder of the Missions in California. More significant is the Historical association with Jesus.

Was nice to "imagine" oneself how Jesus could have preached in such a country side. The garden is very nice and the people very kind.

A beautiful octagonal church located on a small hillside on the Sea of Galilee. It is the place where Jesus gave the Sermon on the Mount. From this church you can overlook the wonderful view of Lake Galilee.

Its a garden with an octagon church. Its cold this time (February) about 15 degrees. Its an important part of the history in Israel. You can see here the memorial stone to give thanks to Philippines and Israel for rescuing and welcoming hundreds of thousands Vietnamese refugees.

Stunning! Loads of places to walk. The view is fantastic. Loads of tourists but plenty of room to move about.
