Chuck Nicholson in Dover is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. The service department was beyond professional and met all my expectations. The sales department made my decision on a vehicle a no brainier.

They were great. The salesman..Joe Penrod did all he could to help me..he really worked on helping me get this car. When I left he even had the gas tank filled for me! This was the third car I bought from them and it's where I will go again when I need another!

after 4 wasted trips, $800 wasted and 10 hrs of wasted time, i finally decided to take my truck to Buffalo Wild Wings.....they charged way less for the same amount of knowledge! and i got lunch! I wouldn't trust these guys to check my tire pressure.
FYI- If you drive a one ton truck, you should only expect about 20k miles out of your tires cause apparently GM is too stupid to design a truck that can handle any weight in the bed and use tires that can last. 5 for BWW's though, at least they're honest about their knowledge of vehicles! and 1 for Michelin, apparently some of this is your fault too

There were delays on my end and everyone was very patient and helpful. John Berry did a great job at showing me all the vehicle gadgets and how they work. Doug Alsept worked hard to get me the best financing available! John and Doug were the best!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Bob Toth and his team went above and beyond to take care of us when we couldn t get decent service from a GM dealership where we live. We bought our truck there and have gone there for service work. Worth the drive from Kentucky!!

We had our 2017 GMC Denali, which we bought new at Chuck Nicholson, in the shop for an entire month! Just picked it up and the motor sounds worse than it did when we dropped it off! My screen on the dashboard doesn t work at all! Radio doesn t work! Fan is messed up! Very very unhappy customer!
While it was in the shop I stopped in to grab something out of my vehicle, when I opened the door the smell was so strong I could hardly breathe while inside and as I looked in the back they had my MOTOR sitting in the back of my car! So the strong smell was gas and oil! I asked about it and was told, oh don t worry about it, there s super absorbable pads underneath.
So to sum it up, they had it for a month and it s still not fixed so now it ll probably be in for another month!
We have been a returning customer to Chuck Nicholson for many years. Bought many brand new vehicles for our business plus used ones! So I am highly disappointed that this is the service we receive!

Found a big glob of grease on the front tie rods where the tech didn't get the greese gun on the greese fitting. Besides that everything was fine

While getting a recall done on my Pontiac vibe for air bag my dash got all scratched up ...poor service.. no customer service help at all till after a few months the problem was finally resolved.

I bought my truck off them in 2007 and then did an internship there in 2011. Buying experience was nice. Hal was a nice guy and was more than happy to save the salesman shtick for someone else. They came down on the price even though they already had the truck on sale. When i interned there in 2011 I found the techs to be very knowledgable and helpful to a guy going through auto school. I would have a hard time believing that they would lie to someone to save their butt. I can tell you I was warned by some inside people NOT to buy a vehicle from the Milleresburg location due to there techs doing white sheet inspections and passing a car no matter how crappy. I worked with these guys for three months and never once saw anything shady going on.

John Berry was very professional and honest while we searched for a car. You could tell he wasn't looking to wheel and deal just to get a car off the lot. I'd recommend this dealership to my friends.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They sold me a duramax truck KNOWING that it needed injectors but neglected to tell me (which is illegal and there is a law that says so). The sales manager Mark Mears told me that they "do not inspect ANY of the used vehicles they take in on trade, some of them have problems but they sell them anyways (wtf???)". What dealership takes a trade in without looking at it? And what kind of sales mangers admits to selling vehicles that have problems? Incredibly unprofessional and Very very rude people. This was my first loan and first car I bought myself and they completely screwed me over. When i came to test drive the truck they told me it was just in the shop for a 116 point inspection by there master gm techs that are ASE certified. I noticed some white smoke coming from the exhaust and they told me it was because of water in the fuel so they had just changed the fuel filter and told me it would clear up with a fresh tank of fuel. so i buy the truck thinking im getting a good quality used vehicle right? Well not more than a week later my oil pressure drops and the white smoke gets even worse. I call the dealership and they told me they couldn't do anything because I bought it as is and then they proceeded to tell me the truck was never inspected (lies on top of lies on top of lies) and that they aren't responsible for anything . I take it to my mechanic and ALL of the injectors were bad. So explain to me how your gm ase certified mechanics didnt know that white smoke means injectors? Sounds like to me that they just wanted to sell the truck to someone who didn't know what the white smoke meant and they just said whatever they had to say to make a sale. I cannot express how mad I am right now. Please please please listen to me and beware of these jerks that lie and sell you used vehicles that are not inspected and can die on you the very next day. Horrible decision to go here and I want to spread the word and protect consumers from these low life salesmen.

I took my car in for a tuneup and look at a squeak. They told me squeak was tools in the back. Removed tools and still squeak obviously. The service and diagnosis is an insult to the customer. Will not be going back.

I purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 Double Cab from Joe Penrod and couldn't be happier! I've bought trucks at other dealerships before and this was by far my best experience! Joe really took the time in showing me all of the features on the truck, even helped me set up Onstar before I left. The sales manager, Doug, even thanked me personally before I left and checked to make sure that it was properly cleaned, full of gas, and asked if I had any questions. I've never experienced anything like that before. Class act all the way, start to finish.

Customer Service is a 9. Mr. Penrod is off the charts in all areas. If looking to buy, used or new, I only recommend Mr. Penrod. It's been over a year, maybe two, since buying our used 250 Chevy. Which is our second purchase with him. Still very satisfied customers.

My wife and I purchased a used Dodge Durango from this place. The car was alright, although we did have to replace the engine 8 months after we purchased it. This is more of a Dodge problem, though. When we traded our Trailblazer in we basically gave it to them since they told us it was going to the scrap yard. Amazingly I saw it on their lot for $5000 a week later. They put a Nicholson sticker on the back of our car without our approval, now it has rusted where the sticker was. The CD player never worked. They only gave us one key to the car due to the fact that it was a computer chip key and they "gave us such a GREAT DEAL on the Durango that they would loose their profit if they gave us another key. I would drive hundreds of miles for a car before I ever purchased another vehicle from this DUMP.

The oil change was past due when I pick up my new used car and they did not fill up my gas tank. Other than that, all went great
