We were looking to trade in for a smaller 4 door pickup. On a whim, I drove by one night and saw that beautiful green GMC Canyon. That was the first time I met Tyler. He and I talked about what my needs were, the options that the truck had, and he was very respectful of me not being ready to buy immediately. When we returned two weeks later, he remembered us and helped us through the processes from the test drive to the trade in, all the while making sure we were happy with the experience and the deal.
