I love this place. When I was a kid they had a two story playground. We used to have a ton of fun on that thing but they have removed it. I like that they have a whole section of arcade games upstairs for older kids and adults. Prizes are ok and staff is ok. Otherwise a great place to go have some fun with the kids.

Games are okay there are a lot that are out of order, not sure if that's normal or I just went on a bad day. Over all the kids had fun playing games and winning tickets until we got to the prize counter. There was an older lady working there and she was SO RUDE! She was acting like my kids were bothering her. She was huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes at them. Sheesh! And I told her one of her games were out of tickets and we still had 200 to be collected I showed her a picture on my phone of the game and she said Psh what's that going to do? You cant just show me your phone and get tickets. Thankfully another employee was around a younger guy who was waaay more helpful. If you don't like your job apply at another place!
Some much better now that you don't have to use coins, new remodeling under way, already looking better. Pizza is always great. And weekdays offer more bang for the buck.
Pros: large place for kids to go around. Yummy food. clean working machines. Friendly staff. Cons: Crowded place on weekends. Floor could use some cleaning. Cashier handled cash and drinking cups at the same time, unsanitary. Expensive pizza, more expensive than the Cupertino Chuckee. Overall, it is a fun place for both kids and parents to unwind.
So, i went to the one in Newark, cupertino and this one in the bay area. This location is by far the biggest Chuck E. chesse. It's fun to seeing so many activities and events here. The only part that does make it a little bit inconvenient is this location still using tokens only. Other locations has play pass which make it easier to carry compare to the tokens.
The food is nice the facility and the machines are good. Very crowded (maybe because it was a rainy day and a weekend), and the prizes given for the tickets are below my expectations. Overall very nice with some room for improvement
They updated a lot of games. More like a Dave and Busters as far as games. Their pizza is better and a surprisingly good Italian sandwich. Three generations went and all three had a great time. Staff were very friendly too.
Really like coming here to have some fun during the busy week. Parking is always an issue. I wish they had more in house specials on pizza and tokens created by the manager to add a more personal touch to the menu.
Awesome place to take the kids and let them play while you relax. Only downside is they updated a lot of their games, so everything cost different prices now.. it used to all only be one token per game
Met up with the gran babies there. They had never been there before. They loved it! Their smiles is all that mattered to us. The staff was very patient and cordial.
