Sorry for already returned to make the pizza very poor ingredients, until a few months ago it was delicious pity .... the most expensive games and if it does not work does not return the coins except tiket, no longer see employees who can be
say ... there were a lot of people but if we all pay attention to the details it will come back like a few years back bad quality .... although it also has new games, they are always aware that fresh salad is good
Food sucks, rushing to the bathroom, but entertainment for kids 5 stars..
Fun Place... I love that multiple times they have a "shower" of tickets for all the people.
Wish they served beer here!
They've updated a lot of the games and features here. No more tokens, it's a play card. Pretty cool unlimited wristband option for birthday kids. Omg if I were a kid again, I'd go ballistic with that unlimited wristband.
This is the best Chuck E. Cheese in the Silicon Valley. Fantastic selection of games. Several of the games are at Dave and Busters at $2 a game, here they are $0.25
Loud and horrible set up for the games. Place looked inviting for preschool age kids but its not. Games are all old half dont work right the games are geared for older kids but are all out dated. The game floor is hot and ver6 uncomfortable
Worst Chuck E Cheese experience ever!
I love this place it's huge there lots of games to choose from fun for the whole family.
The games are great now. Really fun jurassic Park, walking dead, Mario cart, etc. We spent 20 bucks and played for over 2 hours. The salad bar was surprisingly good. I was impressed. It was crowded on a Sunday, but the waits weren't that long.
Loved it! Kept my kids busy while I had some me time and read while I waited for them to be done!!!!
Very nice place its huge, but the staff was horrible especially at the prize area. I felt rush the crippled man was extremely rude and he was rushing us so bad that he called another family up to pick prizes while we where picking ours so both families where being kept on hold because he kept blowing one of us off..Very rude he should not be working there if he is going to have a big attitude..Or atleast put him in the back where he has no customer contact at all. We came all the way from Modesto just have a bad experience with that..
The recent renovation gave the venue a much more pleasant look.
Excellent for children. And the big ones also had fun
The place was so packed, yet so interactive! I was confused . . . didn't know whether to love it or hate it! In all seriousness, Chucky Cheese continues to be one of the best places to take a kid for his/her birthday. Even with all the cacophonous chaos, the employees were nothing short of professional.
Nice place I just went to get a pizza , I found it to be really expensive 27 for a pizza
Lots of tables to sit and eat. Play area for toddlers with coin operated rides and games. No ball pit or tunnels to play in like they use to have. Most games cost 2 tokens ea. Kids love the birthday section where they watch videos and dance with Chuck E Cheese the mouse. Kids also love when the employees shower them with tickets from the second floor as the children are on the first floor beneath the shower of tickets collecting them as they are falling from the sky...
San Jose....always better in the morning or early noon for the little ones...the one in fair oaks is very small but fun
Clean, enormous (2 story) newly upgraded, lots for the small fry to do. Good food for a place of this kind, including a fairly varied salad bar kept stocked. Wish it had a play structure, but otherwise my granddaughter's new favorite Chuck E Cheese.
Loved it so much fun with games I wasted my $65 just for fun it was worth it
Not enough nothing's. To do for 2 year olds a place where a kid can be a kid I think NOT
It's very humongous ,customer service is good ,food is okay the parking gets very packed but we had a nice time over all
the place is in need of an upgrade and a good cleaning. everything looks dirty, like it hasn t had a good cleaning in a while. the employees were okay, just kids doing their job, and the food is what s expected. it s Chuck E. Cheese, what do you expect, ya know?
They have a new card system that works great, a very good place to spend as a family!
Very clean and plenty of tables to eat at on a Saturday afternoon! Birthday party setups seem to be a well-oiled machine. Food is a little pricey...for example, personal cheese pizza is $8.99.
It's a fun place for young and old. The good is great. Nice clean place.
Pizza no good, expensive game card not many games. The only place near by to take the kids.
I went to C.C with my kid on April 15 and lost my phone in there but the staffs said no cameras in Chucks Cheese, nothing they could do . Disappointed
One of the best Chuck E Cheese's around. Very big and spacious
This place is pretty ghetto now but nevertheless, we take the kids here every few months or so. No more fighter games, just bunch of kids games. 80% working games and clerks are always walking around to Cleanup.
Love this place to take my kids to play games and the salad bar
Food is not crazily experience but one token a game is great
Great fun for a Birthday party, was real surprised to see the place packed just after opening. Great staff, clean location good family fun.
I love this chuck e cheese it is across the street from my house and I love the salad bar and the fun my kids and i have together.
Its crowd bathrooms are gross staff not very helpful i have been to better chuckie cheeses
Chuck e Cheese please please get better prizes, or lower the ticket price for that junk..
The food was great but the staff were slow at duty.
Part of the allure of coming here was that it was reasonably priced entertainment. Everything was 1 token. Just went to visit recently and they stopped doing that . So now your money doesn't go as far.
Children have healthy fun eating from pizza or salad and adults grateful that it is a very good family place.
This Chuck E. Cheese's has 2 floors filled with many games and seating tables. A great, but expensive place for children of all ages.
Fun place to take your kids for their birthday went there yesterday
Love coming here. Very clean, friendly staff, fun games for my grandson.
Wonderful time with a Birthday party. Nice host and a good time. Full on enjoyment for adults and kids alike (suspect adults enjoyed more)
The front room is not the place to have a birthday party with over 30 guests as the room as NO A/C in it. And it can get got real quick. Other than that dilemma everything else is good. The place was renovated into this century. So they took out the tokens for us older folks and installed a Point system just like all modern gaming places.
Best place for kids..My kids love this place so much
I will only go to chuck e cheese during the week. This place is a mad house on the weekends. But we came for lunch on a Wednesday and it's not too bad. I was surprised to see that there are games that cost more than one token. I thought part of being here was everything was one token. It was fairly clean and the kids have fun. We had a decent coupon so it wasn't a bad way to kill a couple of hours.
Recently renovated so it's new and clean. It is a well-managed place to bring kids (and kids at heart). We arrive early on a weekend to secure a table and leave before it gets super busy in the afternoon. Pizza is pretty good, too.
Quite bigger than other locations I visited earlier and great games for kids and adults
My kids love it here. Especially when the bring me to get them thousands of tickets
Great place for party and the host was excellent. Thank you Chucky Cheese and crew!
It's a really fun place. It is cleaner than you expect it to be. But it takes a while for the food to be brought, Good thing there are arcades
:-P
